The employees here are hard working, good people. My complaint is more with the owners and managers. I order here a couple times a week and have been for almost a year. I always use the mobile app. No one seems to have any idea how to handle mobile orders. I come so often, and yet the fact that I have a mobile order (for the promos) seems to strike fear in the employees. (Because they have no idea what to do) I don’t believe it’s right to lay that at their feet though, I believe it’s a lack of leadership. Owners, assistant managers, and managers need to get with the times, become an expert on how the mobile app orders work—and take responsibility by teaching the employees how it works. Read moreMy family and i have been to this location quite a few times trying to give them the benefit of the doubt when the kids want McDonald's and they are usually pretty good but we've had a few incident's our last visit we went in to pick up a 20 piece Mcnugget two large fries two plain burgers and two Mcdoubles with extra pickles. We get home and they didnt give us the nuggets and no Mcdoubles. So we go all the way back to get the rest of our order and when we got it they only put the standard amount of pickles on the burgers... I know what a small thing to complain about but i do believe they charge for extra so o expect extra not to be rude you know but yeah the moral of the story is check your bags before you leave and just dont order anything extra on your burger cause it wont happen..and this isnt the first time...
