Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Idaho

So my daughter, and I had a really bad experience here a couple weeks ago, and swore I'd never be back...she begs me tonight to give it another try so I do...i order a double 1/4 cheeseburger (supersonic) tell them mayo only for the sauce, leave everything else...and three corn dogs (2 corndogs was my daughter's order) we get to the window, and my daughter asks if we can upgrade my burger to a meal so she can get tots n a drink with her dogs...the kid at the window says yes no problem, then repeats my order as a "Jr. Cheeseburger" I said NO...some mistake the burger I ordered has two 1/4 patties, and nothing Jr about it...they argued with me for 5 minutes and said they were renaming burgers and that's what it was...so I give up, try to pay, the cashier fumbles my cash, and drops it on the ground, he asks me to open my truck door to reach it, I cannot, then has my daughter get out of the truck, and try on foot, no room between the truck and drive through, he says with contempt on his face "I will get it after you leave"...i thought fair cause you're the one who dropped it...i open my bag...i get a cold double Jr kids burger, no veggies, lettuce, tomato, nothing, little patties, cheese, and mayo...sick of the retards they have running the show, and tired of being...

Since the owner and his administration had made made the decision to let go of a awesome leader, and perfect example of a great Customer service provider who goes by the name of Chris. This place has gone down hill. Truck stops look better than this. It really blows my mind. The owner and the admin chose this over what they used to have. They lost a rock star scholar and a stud on their own choice. The service and environment was so great that every time Chris smiled at me I felt like I had a new best friend. When I asked what happened to him the new manager jumped at the chance to bad mouth him and tell me all about what had happened. Which to mention is totally unprofessional. Just look at the conditions now! Who was the new manager to tell me about the business? I am nobody. I should never have been explain the details of why or how they decided to let Chris go. just because he is gone is not why I'm leaving this review. I visited the restaurant today actually and needed to use the restroom this is what I saw. Good luck owner and administration. You are going to need it with...

Recently ordered from this location hoping it would be decent seeing as how I spent a few years working here myself, most of that time being great but I was a little dissapointed. The burgers tasted fine and we're still hot but my chophouse burger didn't have the onion strings, pickles or jalapenos that I had asked to add to it. The sides were cold, the mozz being the worst of the two almost rubber on the inside. The broccoli cheddar tots tasted and looked like they had been cooked in oil that hadn't been changed for at least a week. I also had ordered a rt 44 sweet tea but it tasted regular so you know whoever opens the store can't take the 15 seconds to stir the sweet tea and make sure it's sweet. It just seems that the quality here has gone downhill since the crew they used to have left. I only wish I could've seen this store doing even better than how I had wanted to leave it but profits are more important to the franchise here than paying the workers who actually cared about and took pride in the work they...
