Sadly this review isn't based on the food, but on how they are handling the COVID guidelines. When I 1st approached the building I noticed a very nice lady waiting outside of the entrance. I asked if there was a line, she replied yes and that there were already 5 customers waiting inside.
While we waited patiently between 3-4 other people walked in until we mentioned there was a line they passed. We waited until only one other person was waiting on there order until she went in. Once the person before her left I entered the building. I can't express how small that order/pickup area is. To follow the social distancing guidelines only 2 people could fit into the area.
While she was waiting for her order (just a $5 pizza) I asked for my pickup. And more people came in not practicing the social distancing. Now I know that the employees aren't to blame for these people choices but they never enforce social distancing nor asked people without masks to please mask up. This isn't just about the safety practices for the customers but also the employees.
I was extremely discouraged by the lack of response from the employees. This location is in Boise which means they had to follow the mask and social distancing guidelines set up by federal, state, and local government. I do not feel safe giving this business my business until the pandemic is over.
I normally don't write reviews but thus really disturbed me, so want to share. Hope everyone keeps as safe...
Read moreJust a candid review of this place. The lunch box combo availability is until 2pm. I understand that’s a corporate thing, however my personal feedback on that is that it’s not great. Most locations, including the Broadway location and Milwaukee location in Boise, the two closest to me both will make them after 2. The reason for limited availability appears to be based on a slight inconvenience to the worker to only make one deep dish when the trays are typically prepped for 2. Because deep dishes are still made and sold separately without the meal combo. So the limited availability is simply a transfer of inconvenience from the workers side to the customer.
The button to sell the combo is typically still available until later in the evening.
Aside from that, the greater complaint is that I settled for 2 pizza puffs and the cashier looked at what she got and said “I only have 1 pepperoni and 1 cheese, is that okay?” Which isn’t what I asked for but she didn’t want to go prep another pepperoni puff.
It just seems to me during this interaction that the workers want to do the bare minimum as much as possible, creating a less than pleasant customer experience. This is the only location in this area I’ve experienced this.
Food is good, prices are fair, customer service and good...

In this review: They revoked their policy of your pizza being free if they don't give a receipt, they stopped giving me receipts unless I ask for them, and then they upcharge you $1.50 when you ask for just a cheese pizza and removing the pepperonis and hope you don't notice.
The Little Caesars in town have become corrupt under whatever management they are under. If you ever ask for toppings on half the pizza and none on the other, they try and CHARGE YOU FOR IT. They have tried 3 separate times at two locations to do this. They put "Extra Cheese" on the receipt every time for $1.50, and I never ask for it. Even when I specifically say no toppings on the other side, normal cheese, half the time they try to charge you hoping you wont notice. I finally realized that since this had been going on, they stopped giving me my receipt and removed their policy of giving a free pizza if they forget the receipt (I asked my last and final time going in).
The fact that it doesn't happen every time and happens at multiple locations means its obviously something they have to train employees to do, and only noobies don't remember to try and rob you. Even if you did ask for extra cheese instead of pepperoni, it should be a SUBSTITUTION, not...
