Subway — Restaurant in Ignacio

Either there are illiterate people working there, or they just do not care about their customers and refuse to read written online orders. I placed an online order for a Subway Club sandwich. The receipt I got clearly printed what I wanted on my sandwich. Any sane person that can read will follow what my order was. I prepaid my order as it was online.

I wanted Italian Herbs and Cheese bread - I got Wheat bread. I took off the dressing as I did not want any sauce on it. It is just too messy especially when I am at work. I wanted salt and pepper. Instead, I got my sandwich smothered in mayonnaise. I ordered cucumbers - I got nothing. I wanted bell peppers - I got nothing. I ordered bell peppers - nothing. I ordered 50% more meat - thank goodness they got that one right.

If I was not under a time constraint, I would have taken the sandwich back. It was horribly made, mayo ran down the sides, the fillings were not pushed inside the bread and as soon as I picked up the sandwich to eat it, the little veggies that they put in, all came crashing out. I had to use my fingers to pick vegetables off my desk. It was my lunch break and I only had 10 minutes when I got to my office to eat the sandwich.

I placed an online order at Subway today in Ignacio. —a toasted rotisserie chicken that I had no choice but to eat cold. Your toaster was not working again for probably the 10th time in the past six months. There was also no iced tea for my large drink. I had prepaid. When I asked about a refund the counter person just looked at me and said there’s nothing they can do. She said-Here’s a card for you to complain to. I don’t drink soda, so I left with an empty cup and my cold sandwich.

It didn’t help that the young lady at the counter then lied and said that she tried to call me 3 times about the issue with my order. The phone number in my profile is my phone number and I never received any phone call.

Extremely rude service. I have been here twice and both times it's been a NIGHTMARE. You're worker got mad at me because I was on my phone reading the menu my brother had sent me so I could order food for his kids. The Male worker told me "you know if you were in Texas and on your phone while ordering, you would be sent to the back of the line ?" I had no response for this because I was so appalled at his unprofessionalism. Mind your business! I was trying to order food for my brother by reading what he sent to me on a text!
