My first recommendation is to never pull forward at Burger King or any Fast Food Restaurant! They do this to make their drive thru times look faster than they really are. So they have good # for corporate. But anyway...
I ordered online through the BK App. So that I could get through quickly since I only have a 30 min lunch. The first time I did this, it was great. Pulled up in the drive thru, told them my name for the order, pulled up, handed to me within a minute or two.
Today, however, I did the same thing. Ordered online at 11:53am, got to the Restaurant at 12:03pm. There was no one in line, I told them my name, and I was told to pull around. They gave me my drink and asked me to pull ahead to wait. There was no one behind me. I pulled up. Two other cars came, ordered, and got their food before I did! I got my food at 12:13pm and I ordered ahead! 20 minutes for an online pre-order!!! That is RIDICULOUS!!! Especially when there is no one in line!

Read moreI placed a special order at a fast food restaurant thats known for having it 'your way'. I have a dietary restriction on having limited salt so i always order my fries unsalted. This also ensures i get them freshly made each time. Tonite i did my usual order & i get home go to eat my fries & theres salt on them & they r not freshly made. I had family members try them & they agreed with me so all i could do was trash them. But heres the issue with this BK.... i call to inform them of this & they insisted they were not salted. Insinuating i am lying about it. For what purpose would i?... I told them i would even bring them back & they could try them & see for themselves. They did not want this. They were snotty, rude, defensive, & defiant insisting they were not. I do eat salt so therefore when i do accidentally the taste is overwhelming. Why on earth would i waste my time & effort?.... Read moreI went through the drive through and was asked to move forward, just to wait 10 minutes and watch them serve everyone after me. I decide to go in, I just wanted a refund at this point. The cashier said I don't have a ticket for you, but here's your order. I just wanted a refund and said I'll eat somewhere else. As she walks away she mumbles go eat somewhere else then. The manager comes up. I explain my situation just for her to catch an attitude too. Then yells out something as I walk out. So unprofessional. Last time me or my family go there. You choose to eat at a specific restaurant because you crave it or just like the food and because your hungry. Mistakes happen, i get it! But as a company they have to understand how we feel as a customer to receive such awful service. They have a job because we choose to spend our hard earned...
