Truckers, beware of this place. They do not respect us or our time. I wasted 2.5 hours filling up here. I pulled up today and there was a line of 11 semi-trucks. I figured the pumps weren't working so I called the gas station, explained the situation, and asked if there is a problem with the diesel pumps. I was told that there was abolutely no problem with them, so I waited. It wasn't until I finally reached the pump that I realized that not only do only half of the pumps work, but the ones that do work are insanely slow. It took me 2 and a half hours to get out!! If you know that there is a problem, then do something about it!! Especially when people explicitely ask you. Don't just lie. This place is so disrespectful of people's time. Also, there's an old guy that works here and is here every time. He could not care less about his job. Whenever I ask him to pay my items with my rewards, he lies and tells me that I don't have any. Either he doesn't know how the app/rewards system works or he just doesn't care. Every time I ask him for 2 copies of my receipt he makes me ask twice and even then he rolls his eyes and sighs as if printing another receipt is so much work. Every truck driver needs 2 copies of his reciept, it's not that hard. Management, you really should consider making some changes to this super low-rated gas station. And learn to respect others' time. You messed up several truck driver's schedules today. Many of these hard working people lost hours of sleep...
Read moreI normally go into Casey every morning before work as its next to the highway and very convenient. I rated 3 because I feel the store itself is pretty well run, clean, and stocked. I don't know her name but the lady who works the "grill" (making pizzas, ect) is phenomenal. Shes always extremely friendly and says hi almost every time I see her. There are a few others that are very friendly and nice as well that work the counter.
Now this is why I give 3 stars...and I almost feel it should be 2 as it truly is a huge problem. I've seen...heard..ect many people complain about JAMES. I've even heard a lady call your corporate number in store to complain...and on her situation, she had all right to.
Now I don't want to see anyone get fired but James is bad for business. I will try and be as respectful as possible here but this man is extremely rude. He's very snippy with customers. If he doesn't hear you he verbally yells "what?" Like you're an inconvenience to him. He's incredibly slow. Blames people if HE hits a button wrong or locks up the register. Huffs and puffs like you're there for him and he's the caseys god.
It's got to the point I will avoid going to Casey's when I know hes there or see him through the window. I recall one time he was on one of his grumpy kicks and I wasn't to cheery myself and had to restrict myself from getting into a verbal confrontation or worse.
Please either correct his behavior or part...
Read moreTried to pay for gas, and the cashier was extremely unfriendly. Walked over to my pump, not even a minute has passed, and the screen was frozen on “please remove nozzle.” Confused, I walked back up to the same cashier, who then involved management, and they tried to say that it was my fault because “I took too long and it timed out.” I was mind blown that something could time out that fast. They moved me to a different pump, and I walked back to my car. The same cashier then walked outside, tried to reiterate the same thing, that it was my fault and it timed out, all while putting an out of order sign on the first pump. I normally never write reviews, but the customer service at this place is absolutely appalling. I was nothing but nice, however, talking down on a customer to cover up faulty...
