I had the worst experience ever, not only drive thru took forever to even say hello, the two people that were in there are beyond the most inadequate, the guy finally answered with attitude, then the lady gave me the wrong coffee, which was extremely hot with the cup half open to the point that in pour all over my hands and my car. Mind me I was on my way to work, wasted both time and money because the useless employee couldn't even give me my money back, I lost a few bucks too. The guy on top was yelling at me when i demanded my money back, I literally wanted to throw that hot coffee on his face but in difference between him and I is that i keep my posture even when my hands are burning and incompetent people are yelling. Ruined my entire morning route when I was just trying to drink a coffee. Next time both of those incompetent people should pour hot coffee on themselves at 4am. Can't even serve coffee the right way, do you even deserve minimum wage? My 5 year old down better than these two children in grown up bodies. PS I am a business owner, for the owner of this location, you're employees who might be just your family, are running down your business. Imagine being part of a national brand and still doing so bad with all systems, rules and machines necessary and still can't serve a coffee the right way. I've given this location more chances than I am happy to admit. I hate leaving negative reviews and try to do positive ones, but this place...ive had enough. They waste my money time and time again. Not only do they continuously get your order wrong on screen, but even if you clarify and it finally looks correct on screen, don't be fooled, your order will be wrong and money wasted. This visit, they did not include my cream cheese (who wants a burnt bagel with no cream cheese???), also my coffee order was wrong again after multiple corrections while ordering (literally a simple hot coffee with a flavor on their menu and cream only and they still got it wrong). One other time (of many[i know i should have stopped going long ago]), I asked for a grilled cheese and I literally got handed a box that felt light so I opened it and it was 1 slice of sour dough bread with 3 pieces of cheese, not toasted, not melted or anything. Just a piece of bread with cheese slapped on it. I asked what it was and the lady was so confused why I asked. I just can't with this location anymore. Extremely disappointed with my last visit. I have a very specific order that has taken me a long time to perfect. I always order on my app so they can see the order in writing. I ordered a medium iced coffee and when I arrived to pick it up the man working handed me a large and said “I made it a large for you.” As if he was doing me a favor. I was too startled and just took it and drove away. The ratios for the flavor pumps I add in are for a medium, not a large. My coffee does not taste good because the ratios are completely off.
