Dunkin' — Restaurant in Illinois

Honestly I’m so upset, this was my go to Dunkin. And I never leave reviews but this has to addressed. Anyway It’s so disappointing how some employees could ruin a business by their lack professionalism and not being able to do the most simplest of task. If you don’t want your money and your time wasted then don’t come here!!! Literally just came in the drive thru this is like the 4th time this has happened so I have thought their service would approve. Clearly not. Its like a pattern that they don’t care about service or anything. Honestly the girl that works there with the braids last time took my order and keep in mind I was on my break time she took her sweet time!!! I placed an order for 2 wraps and 2 hashbrowns. And she wasted 20 minute to just hand me a bag with half of my order which was hashbrowns. And then I find out I didn’t have my wraps. I wasted gas to go back and she’s smiling and laughing. And finally got my wraps and guess what they were undercooked. Girl I can’t wait for karma to get you for you to experience your time to be wasted. Such a ghetto customer service!! And what did I expect to go back there and she has such a nasty attitude and is telling me to do her job to me as a customer as why I’m making sure if everything is in the bag like you are clearly not okay!!! Then the Indian guy is yelling. Like watch your tone, and lower your voice. Such clowns. The worst customer service and guess what thankfully the girl didn’t make it this time, because it would have wasted time and money. Zero education, and horrible...

I ordered a large dunkalatte because it had three shot of espresso and I enjoy drinking caffeine because I work to much in a day so I barley get sleep. When she gave it to me it was a medium and I told her I ordered a large and I was sweet about it and I saw her grab and large cup and dump it in and just adding ice 🧐 I didn’t argue I just accepted it but also I spend 8 bucks on the drink when in the app it show 7.05 and not only that I practically got a medium but with ice😣. Not cool I actually hate this place so much because now I have to buy redbull bc two shot ain’t gonna do it. Never go because all they do is be lazy and not wanna go do their job I worked in retail, food industry, cleaning company and not once did I make a mistake and made it worser like I would have just accepted the medium bc now my drink is watered down. I don’t care about the money I care about the time and energy I am wasting on someone who can’t do something simple. I REALLY APOLOGIZE, BUT YOUR SERVICE IS AWFUL. 1 DAY I ASKED THEM FOR COFFEE CREAM AND SUGAR AND THEY DIDN'T PUT ANYTHING IN.THE NEXT DAY. I ASKED THEM FOR TOSS BAGEL. AND THEY DIDN’T TOSS MY BAGEL THE WAY I ASKED THEM.. THEY SUCKS. THEY DON'T DO A GOOD JOB AND SERVICE.

I DON'T REALLY RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE. EVERYTHING IS SO EXPENSES AND THEY ATTITUDE IT'S AWFUL.

I'M GLAD, I'M OUT OF HERE.. I'VE BEEN GOING TO 7/11, AND IT GOT A GREAT PRICES., A COFFEE IN A DONUT $4. WHEN HERE HE IS. $9. IT'S RIDICULOUS, BUT NOT ONLY THAT THE ATTITUDE IS SUCKS.
