We just ordered this location 5 minutes ago and I am HIGHLY disappointed!!!!! The worst dunkin donuts i have ever been to. There were 3 girls working, all on their phones and very rude. When I received my hashbrowns, they were like mush. When I approached the register to ask for fresh hashbrowns, the three girls were standing in a circle on their phones, one of them saw me and turned her back to continue her conversation. I have tried to give this Dunkin multiple chances because I also work at one, but this location has disappointed time and time again. I always order at least one hot chocolate, and every time, they all are extremely watered down- even have a chemically place sometimes. I think that the issue is they leaving the machine on “drain mode” and water drains in to the cup. If they are aware of this mistake THEN THEY DONG EVEN BOTHER TO POUR OUT THE WATER. I frequent this location. Daily. Using cash to pay for my purchase and I am REPEATEDLY SHORTED ON MY CHANGE. I’ve heard the cashier yell for change time and time again, but how, HOW is it okay to STEAL from your customers??!! One cent here, two there, four here…no acknowledgement, they just short me.
