The previous location finally got its staff issues right for the past few years after over a decade of garbage customer service. Staff was friendly and service was quick, no matter the size of the line. Stuff got done.
After the move to the rich folks area, the staff took a nose dive. Mostly new staff and constantly changing. Orders are rarely correct and 8 of my last ten visits the past few months have required me to pull in to a parking space and wait or sit at the window and watch traffic go by for ten minutes.
I've never filled out those surveys they give you on the receipts but I have now, with the hopes that corporate sees that all the money spent to move the location and then upgrade it (the building at least looks nicer) was all waste. If you want this issue fixed, I suggest you fill in the online surveys from the receipt to let them know how good or bad of a job this location has been doing.
Want decent McDonald's? Drive North to the location on 75th and Plainfield. Or eat at the Speedway across the street. Even the old folks home behind the McDonald's could whip you up...
Read moreI don’t know if this is standard for all McDonalds locations but this particular location is a straight up thief! Not the employees, but the restaurant itself! When I noticed an “up-charged” on my receipt for a “medium drink” in my #2 breakfast meal, when I never asked for a larger size than the meal offers, I was informed that their system is set to automatically up-charge for a medium when the customer does not specify a size! I’m sorry, but if I simply order any numbered meal that’s listed on the menu I should automatically get exactly that meal at the charge listed, unless I specifically ask for a different size. In my opinion, that is shady and I consider it theft. If I wouldn’t have looked at my receipt I would never know that they are stealing from me. Shady shady shady! I will be contacting McDonald Corporate and I will also be leaving a review with the Better Business Bureau! Read moreThis is a Horrible McDonald's. Stay as far away as you can. First the drive-thru attendant was difficult to understand. After placing double quarter pounder meal with a chicken sandwich he suggested coke instead of asking me what I would like to drink. I said no I want diet coke. They gave me a coke instead of diet coke at the window ! And I asked for replacement . Then they made me wait on side so they can bring my order ( fine I dont have a problem with the extra wait but it took a while for a fast food restaurant I must say ). When I got my order the fries were super cold , it looked like they just through the fries in the bag upside down. Then when I got home and started eating the crispy chicken sandwich wow ! Not only the bread was crispy but it was really burnt from inside ( see photo). Overall experience and quality is zero/5. Very disappointing. I'm a fan of McDee but a big no no for this one.
