Shooters Bar — Restaurant in Illinois

Checked this place out for the first time for food I've been here to social and have a few drinks but never food so I decided to give it a shot but I'm kinda disappointed....I ordered the combination platter and some of the things I wanted weren't available? Truck not in till tomorrow? Then let me know before I ordered. And because I assume the bartenders are the cooks as well service took a very long time. No drink no menu nothing the bartender was no where to be found (later came to find out she was in the back maybe kitchen?) Then she rushed our order because she seemed to be in a hurry to leave. I was disappointed for sure. She was nice but idk im pretty sure I won't be coming here for food...

Walked in with my 2 boys to have some burgers shortly after they opened. Nice inside but when I went to the bathroom, the toilet had dried urine possibly from night before. No towels to dry my hands. Ordered onion rings for appetizer, very disappointed because they looked like burger king rings. $8 for that!! The soda is tap $2 , very small cups and refills are $2. The burgers were the only thing worth the money. Took over 30 minutes for food and we were the only ones eating. Will...

Super disappointed with my order. Was excited to try this place due to the reviews but it started bad and ended worse. Bartender was rude, seemed I was overcharged but couldn't get a detailed reciept, was told my food would be ready in 20 mins, 45 mins later bartender drops food rudely on the counter and states "here's your food". No thank your or anything. Get my food and my fries are so over done they literally break in my hand. Absolutely disgusting. Will never order...
