Starbucks — Restaurant in Illinois

This was my first time going to this Starbucks at 395 S Bolingbrook #11790. The cashier seemed indifferent when taking our order. She didn’t ask for a name. Just took our order we waited over 20 minutes and simply ordered sandwiches that are already made premade it’s just a matter of heating them up. My husband went to check on the food after 15 minutes and was told it wasn’t ready. I then went to check after an additional 10 minutes and they said my food order would take long due to the preparation amount. Yeah, ok because it is made from scratch- lol.

She reassured me that she would check on it after a few minutes there was no follow up. I just asked for a refund the manager (Destiny) came out of the back in shock saying it was ready. Wasn’t apologetic but indifferent.

Leanne specifically was very helpful very attentive and even though it was her job to do so it didn't look like she was at work.

She looked as if she was genuinely enjoying what she was doing. I just stopped in to get out of the cold and wait for a ride which ultimately didn't even end up coming. Leanne was a welcome and refreshing breath of fresh air. She improved my experience immensely by offering me pastries, which I didn't even consider having given my pensive State: it being below freezing actually below 0 fahrenheit.

It was an awesome experience thanks to Leanne.

If I was less shy, I might have asked her out. But bothering genuine, beautiful, and kind souls at work just seems wrong (and weird if not initiated by them).

The worst customer service i am not saying all workers just a Sunday morning shift on 10/14/ he order me to have a mask i refuse his order because he was not nice his face was very sad. after min i put it musk, he refund our money he did not serve us.He should find another job not to work with people. I am old Starbucks customer i spend a lot of money for years and he refuse our order did not served us.I was with friends and this guy with 2 girls have no experience with customers and they are fake we we left place saying Baaaayyy making fun with us.
