I donāt usually write reviews but felt the need this time. My wife and I ordered a small cheese pizza, chicken strips, potato skins and a chef salad. Picked up our order and brought it home to eat. Opened the chicken strips and they were beyond over cooked. Hard as a rock! Potato skins were over cooked as well but eatable. Pizza was fine but nothing special. Salad was not fresh at all. Brought the chicken strips back and asked them how they could even serve those to anyone. The girl behind the counter was very nice and made sure it was cooked right the second time. None of the cooks in the kitchen could have cared less. She even cut one with a knife to ensure they were cooked properly. The other cooks were hanging out at the back door smoking, with the door wide open, while she made sure things were right. I did it get her name, I wish I would have. Kind of short blond girl working the register on 7/31/23. Thank you for being apologetic and caring. The owner should recognize her and clean house on the other employees that could care less about what they are serving people to eat.
Dear Owner,
Your reply is comical at best. I understand trying to defend your employees but indicating they supplied exceptional customer service is laughable. It is true, the young lady behind the counter yesterday, showed she cared enough to make things right. Everyone else could have cared less. Trust me, I payed attention to how my second batch of strips were being made and had a direct view to the kitchen. When the cashier brought the bad batch of strips back into the kitchen, the guy running the fryers, rolled his eyes and basically threw the second batch of strips in the basket in anger, like the customer did something wrong. When the strips were about to be, over cooked again, the cashier ran back and pulled them from the fryer while everyone else, stood out back smoking. Itās a shame that we had this experience because we have been regular customers since the place opened. We have not ordered from there for a while because of the circulating rumors from former employees, their parents, and other customers, about your establishment. This place has been a staple of the community for many years now and I hope you can wrap your arms around the pressing issues. As a owner, you should be more concerned with how your customers view your establishment then simply replying to a, less than stellar review, in a way that, you think, saves face and spins some type of positivity, that portrays the customer canāt be pleased. Employees are only as good as their leader. If you donāt care about retaining customers and providing quality service and food, why would they? Moving forward, you should really reply to, less than positive reviews, in a apologetic manner and offer to make things right (store credits or similar) while indicating that your employees will be coached on the issues at hand instead of trying to make...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI did a carry out order today for the first time in a long time and I was not at all pleased. I called at 12:30pm for a carry out and I had asked the girl over the phone if their pizzas were bogo or bogo half off. When stated she believed it was bogo half off but she would verify. Which she did and everything was fine. I ordered two large pizzas and an order of cheese garlic bread so she stated the total would be $25.57 and about 25-30min. When I show up a little after 1pm I am told by the girl that took my order it will be $40.71 I said no I was told $25 something over the phone. Sheās like no itās $40.71 I said for what thinking maybe she just got the wrong order. Mind you the pizza boxes she handed me had a receipt that said $25.57 I said well this right here says $25.57 why are you telling me $40.71. Sheās like oh yeah I gave you the wrong discount and total. I gave you the first responders discount see and shows me. Which it did say that but that is not my fault that you messed up. If she noticed she had told me the wrong price she should have called me back and explained and said it will actually be this much did you still want the order. It wouldnāt have been an issue if it was a dollar or two off BUT IT WAS 15 DOLLARS MORE THANK I EXPECTED. what if I didnāt have the money to pay that much or what if I brought cash and only brought that amount. The point was just common courtesy and not just expect someone to want to pay $15 more when you were expecting to pay something else. They should of honored the price since it was their mistake but nope they didnāt offer that. I was extremely frustrated with the situation. Also the pizza tasted different I am not sure if they changed the sauce or something and the cheese garlic bread hardly had cheese and was very brown and stale tasting. The whole experience...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreGot a flyer in the mail for a "Family Deal" which consists of 2-large pizzas, 1 appetizer, 1 salad for $30.99, tried to order it online, price was $37.99. Called the store, was told they didn't have any coupons like we HAD IN OUR HAND, went back and forth with the store and they said they would credit us once the delivery driver got the coupon. Meal was ordered at 4:10 on Saturday, received food at 5:25, ALL food was COLD. Called the store again, said they wouldn't credit us for the coupon, but after further discussion with the manager, he agreed to give us a FULL REFUND, checked with our bank on Sunday, refund was NEVER GIVEN, and now they are telling us that they will ONLY give us a store credit, which we said NO THANKS because we have NO reason to ever do business with this place again!! Waiting on a call from the owner, which we are sure will NEVER HAPPEN! We tried to support our local business and THIS is what we get, we got told that the coupon we have IN HAND is no good(received in mail on Thursday) and food was ICE COLD, lettuce in salad was going bad and pizzas were not made correctly!! $50 on pizza and this is what we get, 2 days of TRYING to get our money refunded after we were told BY A MANAGER that they would refund us! BUYER BEWARE, their work ethic and customer service is a JOKE, go...
