The donuts are amazing however, if you walk in and only the Old man with glasses in the back is working I would recommend going elsewhere. The man has an extremely bad attitude. I have been coming here for over a year and a half almost every Friday every time that I have to deal with him, he gives the worst customer service that I have ever had is always complaining about how the job is because of his poor attitude, I will never be returning again. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt, but this is the very last time. I forgot my card once before and was told for over five minutes about. telling me he will never do that again and that he hates it when he has to put donuts in a box and put them back. This was over six months ago that that happened because of his attitude, I will never be going back again. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, but I have never had a good experience with him at all. I will be giving all of my future business to Shamrock donuts in Arnold off...

We stopped by right at the time they opened. There was a guy who worked there that was carrying boxes to his car. I walked in and said hi and he replied how can I help you? And not a friendly voice. He acted like I annoyed him because he had to stop and wait on me and I interrupted him carrying the boxes to the car. I only got 6 doughnuts and I ordered 3 of one kind and 3 of a different kind. I thought that was a pretty simple order and not much trouble. But I guess he thought differently. I have been in here once before and the guy (different guy) was very nice and cheerful and made you feel welcomed. This guy was totally opposite. I frequently visit the Crystal City one and they are always nice and welcome you so I have to admit I was surprised by this...

I don't typically leave a review however I figured I simply share (maybe save someone else an unnecessary trip)... Went out of my way to go there because of seeing people talk about how amazing their Blueberry Fritters were (sounded delicious anyway) however the lady was Not so pleasant & honestly acted like I was crazy for even mentioning Blueberry Fritters & then proceeded to tell me they only do those once in a while ~ something about a special request.
