Brickhouse Deli — Restaurant in Imperial

I had heard alot about this place before I ate there, it was local, hood sandwiches, sides, etc so I decided to give this place a shot. As I pulled into the parking lot there were plenty of parking spots available and I also noticed clean outdoor seating. Walking up to the deli the appearance was clean with no trash thrown about or ever packed trashcan sitting outside. Walking in could tell i had just missed the lunch rush but the place was spotless. There was a pleasant scent to the deli and I noticed the employees were constantly cleaning tables that were being vacated. I walked up to a clean counter to order my meal and looking at the menu it was easy to read. The different options had the description of the ingredients used which is a major plus. The employee was super positive and friendly and had no problems answering my questions. I never felt rushed to order and was also told of different options of sides I could add. The appearance of the employees were clean and handled all the food with gloves never touching the customers food directly. The food was great! Customer service is great and the location is awesome! I honestly love coming here as they have a variety of things especially my favorite Mint Mojito Iced Coffee but I just dislike the inconsistency. I have gotten a few mistakes to which I would bring to their attention because I totally understood that they were just starting. I went in today after not going for a while for the same issue and I got another mistake; I ordered the Mermaid Bowl to which I asked if they could put bananas slices on top and they informed me they put everything. I thought great, I got my bowl and it was blue which I was curious to why the ingredient to which makes it blue doesn’t show on the menu but looked coo (I was expecting a yellow base since the base was banana and pineapple). Anyway when I get to work and opened it there was no banana as I asked about and no raspberries to which is listed on the menu. That is not all, my coworker ordered a car before me and she got an acai bowl hers still looked frozen while mine looked like a watery base. I couldn’t even finish it because to the point I took two spoonfuls, I needed a straw. Food is great however the customer service has gone down the drain. Today I called in a large order for our office to be delivered. The person who answered the phone was very disoriented could not get the name of the business right then she assumed we were located in another city. We were informed they could not take orders due to system being down so they they only take if we had exact cash, which was ok, so I continued to put in my order. Order was followed with instructions for delivery. She then forgot to ask for the phone number, so I asked if she needed the phone number to call us once order was delivered, a few minutes later they called us to tell us they did not have several of the items we ordered, which was fine we made changes. Once order was delivered, delivery guy did not know what the total was, then once we got to opening all the bags we notice we were missing drinks and food items.
