I’m so sick of my food not being right or customer service in this TOWN, so I was here the first time five nights ago from this date, which is very early July The Hispanic bartender that was working, was not friendly and definitely made it a problem for us to order our food early in the evening any changes we try to make sure our food, which is very few things was very problematic, even though we offered to pay more for it Like that she was not friendly at all At least to us cause a group of people walked in that she seemed like she knew she was extremely nice to.
We tried to come back in again, July 7th After we did a call and pick up order, and when we asked for our fries and our tots to be salted the bartender, then claim that the food came salted, she seemed very confused. Then the Patty melt that came in the meal was not on rye bread as it’s traditionally made, it was on sourdough anyways, my issue is people expect to get tipped without having to make orders correct and make people happy and they just say here you go that is what it is in this town and I am so over it so here I am writing a review on all the pages that people create issues on the money that We make as if we spend it as if it’s a joke and that’s not the case,
I politely asked for the order to be made differently, not even moments after getting our food from the kitchen itself, and now it was apparently closed, this place is a JOKE

Read moreI went there with some of my other girlfriends a few nights ago, and though I have always enjoyed Chase's, I was disappointed that one of the customers' dogs was allowed to roam around unleashed. Naturally, for a dog, it was rummaging around the floor for food scraps, and running underneath the tables where people were eating, as well as underneath the people sitting at the bar. The cook was petting the dog, and I'm not sure that he washed his hands before he went back and cooked the next order. I know that people have different ideas about dogs in public places, but I think that dogs should stay on a leash, and be under control, especially where people are eating. As lovable as dogs are, they do carry bacterial infections with their saliva and kisses. Some people would prefer not to have a dog sniffing under their table while they're eating. A few nights before that, when I was at Chase's with my mother, there was a small dog roaming off-leash. My mother has balance problems, and she didn't feel comfortable having a drink because of her concerns of tripping over...
Read moreFirst time eating here, and I have to say I'm so beyond disappointed. I order $60 worth of food, and it's all disgusting, burnt, and cold. I ordered a chase club, got the ends of the loaf of bread , hard stale bread, and cold, hard bacon. I asked to add avocado but got guacamole instead. Also ordered a Irishman burger, a regular hamburger, and a French dip all of it was burnt, had old cold meat, and you could taste all of the food burnt to the grill from what I would hope is just from today. When I called to figure something out, all I was told was that the manager wasn't available and they don't know when they will, maybe Monday. Now I work at a restaurant and when someone complains about their food, I don't need a manager to help them myself. I figure it out and get it taken care of... I don't think I'll ever try to...
