Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Independence

This Domino's Pizza was by far the best tasting domino's pizza I've ever tried... the proportions and layout of all the toppings on the pizza actually looked thought out and the toppings were all proper size and distance apart.... When I opened the box and noticed a perfect proportion Pizza that was steaming hot, I was actually surprised by the quality of the pizza... I expected a lot less quality of pizza considering a three toppings chicken bacon ranch pizza for 7.99 most of the other Domino's Pizza franchises or main stores that I have tried to get that exact same pizza from barely put chicken on every piece of pizza if you was lucky and sometimes there might be three or four pieces on one piece of pizza and then some pieces of pizza with no chicken or proper toppings on multiple pieces...... FOR QUALITY OF SERVICE I give THE STORE a 7/10 ---- for the COOK TIMES & SPEED OF PREPARATION the store deserves a 5/10 and for the taste of the pizza I actually have to give it a 10/10 ...... The cook time and preparation could have got a better score but there was five to six employees in the store and only two of them maybe three at any given time actually working on a customer's order it kind of seemed like there was no clear manager or leader to divvy out tasks of the group to help the employees that was not busy learn to micromanage there stand around and downtime between deliveries or orders to mix their next delivery order go that much smoother or faster there is always ways they could have managed their time better... logistically the store was a mess... if they had someone like me to micromanage their task and downtimes they can have their customers IN and OUT of the store HAPPY and SATISFIED at least five to ten minutes faster and maybe more than 10 minutes faster all they would have to do is stick to they're P'S and remember PROPERLY PLANNING PRODUCT PLACEMENT PREVENTS PISS-POOR PIZZA PERFORMANCE I've seen other stores give quicker service and delivery of pizza with 3 employees that's including delivery drivers where is delivery drivers are also the the cooks set for that many people there is no way it should have ever took that long to make a carry-out pizza I've never waited 30-35 mins for a carryout pizza unless there was legitimate line of other customers or orders that were placed in front of my order...LOL I'd understand but that was not the case here there was only one order that went out when I very first walked in the store before I place my order and one order that went out a few minutes before my pizza was...

Have been a customer of this store and previous store for years. I've tipped well even when my drivers show up an hr late smelling like weed and consistantly calling to find my house. Is what it is, explains why been screwed up last couple times... Needed to order about $60.00 worth of food dessert and drinks and was told no bc Abby the new General Manager would not allow me to pay for with cash. I've paid many times b4 with a $100 bill and always called ahead so they had change. Well thanks to Abby the NEW GENERAL MANAGER at your INDEPENDENCE STORE you have lost my business not only as a store but as a cooperation. She didn't even let me finish my order when phone was handed to her and straight cut me off mid sentence. Good job Abby! Way to lose what would of been a $70 order after taxes bc you decide to run your store different than previous manager. Great job! You'll do great things with this store if this is your platform. I've Used your store even though Larosas is right across the street from my house. They had no problem just filling my order. Good job...

Very disappointed called and ordered food online all of my items were 6.99 deal all but one item and because I didn’t mention, I want the 699 deal. They automatically charged me full price even though seven out of eight of my items were part of the 6.99 deal. Had food delivered food wasn’t hot hoagie was not good bread was dry and hard. The sauce looked awful on the hoagie. The pizza was cold. Will never eat there again. Called up and asked the manager why I didn’t get the 6.99 Deal and she literally said you have to mention you want to use the coupon. No more business from our family. $91 and I could have took family to Texas road house...
