I need to take time out to recognize a PERFECT example of customer service and support of business. I'm sorry I didn't get the young lady's name at this location but she's always super friendly and helpful! Today I saw her help an eldery woman carry her bags out. I drive out of my way to get these delicious sandwiches we discovered a while back (so cute how she even marked them to prevent mix up)😊

My husband bought a $72.00 ham for Christmas Dinner. We have enjoyed honey baked ham for years and never had a problem. This year was a total disaster! When we removed the foil there was so much fat and very little ham! Warming the ham just made things worse as the small slivers of ham floated in a plate of melted fat! I asked my husband if he still had the receipt but he said because he paid in cash he didn’t keep the receipt! So I was stuck without Christmas dinner. I will never again order from honey baked ham, nor will I ever recommend them to friends or...

My Aunt in California sent me gift cards for Mother's day...and I was so excited about my online purchases...very easy to do pick up/pay at store...when arriving at store #2239, cashier ID#9450... on 5/12/2023 I was the only customer at that time...no hello/how can I help you...NOTHING..after getting my order spending $92.97 gave him my gifts cards... NOTHING....no thank you for shopping,Thank you,have a good day.... NOTHING... he's Customer Service is HORRIBLE!!!!!...you never know who your CUSTOMER are...23yrs...

I WAS A FIRST TIME BUYER and this was for Thanksgiving "2021". I called ahead. I arrived and waited outside and the line moved swiftly. When I got inside to the counter there was a mix-up in communication and information. The manager came to the rescue and FIXED EVERYTHING!!! My family and I was VERY SATISFIED. THANK YOU!!!
