Center Ice Tavern — Restaurant in Indian Trail

I’m pretty sure I won’t ever come back here to dine or patron. My burger was undercooked, sent it back, they put the wrong cheese on it twice, I ate it anyway, apparently they pick and choose who they want to request a card from for a tab. Maybe I looked as if I’d walk out on my tab because I was a minority or not a regular, because a few others walked up to close their tabs and but never gave a card. No problem, but when I did ask for my tab and to split the drinks on a separate check than the food , and that I’m paying with a different method than the card he “held” (no Authorization btw) the bartender brought me my check and sat there and waited for me to hand him a new card, although there is a QR code for self-pay..I ignored him and paid through the code, he says”oh yeah, that works”. The other female bartender complained the entire night to patrons about the kitchen messing up orders, it being a sucky night , granted they did mess up mine, but you should not say on repeat to several patrons how much the kitchen sucked. This establishment clearly has poor management. My family and I live in the area, we are regulars at several of the surrounding restaurants and bars, top tier tippers, but tonight was a waste of time and money and for the first time in an extremely long time I barely tipped. That’s how poor the service was. Definitely worth passing by and getting better service and food...

Do not sleep on Center Ice Tavern, IT! Great place for food and drinks! They serve the coldest beer in town, and make delicious cocktails. Their food is good (typical pub fare, with some extras!). Great place to watch sports, as they have TVs everywhere. Just check out this delicious BLT! They have an arcade that kiddos can play in for dirt cheap right next to the tavern, which makes for a wonderful...

This place is a hidden Gem! Had a Tempo Golf tee time … right next door … had no idea this epic bar was there. Food and service … awesome! Gotta check it out .:. Worth the drive just...
