Arby's — Restaurant in Indiana

Ordered online, I got there to get my food, it was very fast service, but I left in a hurry to get home before the food got cold… when I started handed out food the two roast beef sandwiches were not cooked all the way, my chicken slider had stale looking lettuce hanging off of it, and my classic French and Swiss was just thrown in the wrapper because my cheese was all over the place and the bun was hanging halfway off the meat and I asked for several different sauces on the order and yet the only sauce that was in my bag was the marinara thankfully I got 3 Arby’s sauces and 2 bronco berry sauces which I had to ask for at the window (the young lady at the window seemed very kind, the man standing behind her watching her like she was being trained had an attitude, which he has had almost every other time I’ve visited for the past 3 or 4 years) and now I find out that I did not even receive my cherry turnover that is on the receipt, that sent me over the top. I double checked my receipt to make sure I actually put it on the order and I did but it was not in any of my bags. I will definitely not be spending over $50 there again just to receive $20...

9/2/23 We ate here on a Saturday evening around 6pm. Upon entering we were really taken back by the state of the restaurant. Literally every table had food and other debris under it. The drink machine front was coming off and ice was spilling out. The pictures on the display are VERY misleading (I know, many restaurants are this way, but this is really bad) I ordered a brisket sandwich, please see pics to form your own opinion. I don't know if I didn't get the correct portion of brisket or if the Franchisor is misleading customers with the photos. Also, please see a few of the floor pics, I didn't take pics of every table, but they had not been serviced.

January 2023 We stopped in to try the Wagyu Steakhouse Burger, but was sorely disappointed! I will be stopping in to try this again to see if maybe we had a restaurant that wasn't watching Temps or watching on how long to keep them before throwing them out, but the burger was almost like it was dehydrated! It was very dry and the consistency of the burger was very dense. Service was was ok for fast food place. There were 3 other tables seated while...

Total waste of money!! I ordered just a regular roast beef And a small curly fries and it was SO cold and almost all the fries were not even curly they were like the burnt ends of the fries! I don't go here often because it's quite expensive and I won't be back any time soon! Also since I always check my bags before driving off from any restaurant with food to go I told the employee at the window the food was super cold and the condition of the fries were not acceptable and he snatched the bag out of my hand and didn't say sorry or anything and I sat there for like 5 more minutes and he opened the window and shoved. New bag at me and still not one word!! Obviously his salary isn't based on customer...
