Dexters is my home away from home. I've always lived with cats and have been fostering and rescuing since my 8th grade year. I'm now a senior in college and the cafe always makes me feel at home. I remember always wishing for a cat cafe and my wishes came true. It is heartwarming watching what seems like a simple cafe blossom into a hotspot for cat adoptions and awareness for the surge of cats that need care (even dogs!). The atmosphere is welcoming and the drinks are amazing. They host themed events every week that allow time for the community to share a movie marathon or a game night with adoptable cats! To mention, Dexter's has a comfy spot that looks right into the cat room while you study or just want to have some relaxing time to yourself in a quiet and amusing atmosphere. Their prices are absolutely fair and a college kid like me can afford to have a special coffee or tea WITH interactions with amazing cats - It's fulfilling to help a small business and show animals what it feels like to be loved - they show you love back. The environment is filled with passion and care. It's my favorite place off campus (conveniently located, too!). Thank you for everything, Dexter's.

Parking in the back or on the street. a minimal fee based in time to spend with the cats, proceeds go to assist in caring and finding homes for the darling felines. Gift cards are available, a small section of cat themed items. Drinks are Fantabulous, staff is great, pasteries delectable and the cats are just swell.

We traveled about an hour and a half to visit this place. We LOVE cats and who doesn't like to drink coffee and pet puddies 🥹! I really enjoyed my time here. The employees were wonderful, the cats were adorable! I hope these types of places catch on quick! What they are doing for these cats is absolutely amazing. I met the, I want to say, manager of Dexter's and she is an absolute gem. Loved talking with her and learning what they're doing for these babies. Thank you for the experience!

First time going and I was so surprised with how lovely and cute the place is! Coffee was great and the price is hard to beat!

A great place with a great atmosphere! If you want to come in and get a coffee and sit and watch the cats from outside you can, they have a giant viewing window to sit at and watch them play or you can go in and meet all the furry friends! They are all so sweet and loving!
