Kim Moon Restaurant — Restaurant in Indiana

I come to Kim Moon at least a few times a week from the very beginning and I have to say it is awesome. All the changes they made have and the restaurant in general is awesome. Everyone is very nice and kind, they will help you with anything, you just need to ask. Another thing is that they deliver! I love having lunch or dinner here. Especially the lunch special, the price is very cheap, and the food is enough for one person, maybe even a little more. I love the sushi too. They have sushi and Chinese food, I personally think that is great. Since I love sushi, and having the addition of sushi along with Chinese food is great! I just want to mention some other important and great things about this place, because if I were to name them all the list would go on and on. They have bubble teas! And hot pots! And if you come to pick up they are very fast usually only taking 5 to 10 mins to make your order. Even if you do order for delivery, they usually get it to you in about 30-45 mins, at most an hour. And the favorite foods from here are the lo meins, sweet and sour chicken, and, as mentioned before the sushi roll. They have awesome deals like the sushi combo or Maki Combo. And if you get the Lunch Special, Dinner Combinations, you can get a choice of rice. And a soup or egg roll, for the dinner it’s both! All and all I couldn’t explain all this wonderful food in just one review so I highly recommend you guys to try it out...

I called and ordered chicken chow mein. I have had chow mein before and I know that chow mein is a stir fired noodle dish. What I got was a cabbage based soup dish with chicken in it and little crispy wontons on top. I called and told Kim Moon that they got my order wrong and they assured me that they were right and I was wrong. They hung up on me and I was so disgusted by the way it was handled, that I went to Kim moon's with the food to talk to a manager. They said that the crispy wontons were the chow mein noodles, which is totally wrong. I politely asked for my money back and they said no. I asked to speak to a manager and they said no, the manager wasn't in and they would be in in a half an hour. I called back forty minutes later and I asked to speak to the manager and they said the manager was in but they could help me. I asked again to speak to the manager and they then said that the manager won't be in till 5pm. I am very angry and annoyed. The service was very poor and they treated me very rudely. They were arrogant and continued to say I was wrong and they won't help me. They have horrible customer service and I will never be going back...

I've had delivery from here multiple times and even ate in the restaurant. The delivery is a joke. It usually takes an hour to get there, then everything is cold and you have to heat it up. On top of that, they don't even deliver it to your door. I live in the Arch and they'll call me from some New York number telling me to come down and pick it up. I'm sorry, but that's not delivery. Other businesses will actually deliver to your door. I don't wanna go out and pick it up, if I did I would have chosen to actually pick it up from the store! Then the people that work there are super rude. I've tried delivery 4 times now and won't be ordering from them anymore. The only reason why I've given a two star is the couple times I've eaten in the restaurant the food was pretty good, the staff was still really rude. I'd rather go to one of the buffets around here where the food it great and the staff is actually...
