Cozy and clean. I got a Michigan apple omelette with fried potatoes and toast. The omelette has chicken in it, but that is not mentioned on the menu, and cheese. The apple pieces were pretty large and very firm/crunchy. There wasn't much cheese inside, but you could see it on the outside. It was very fluffy and quite large! The potatoes were not very warm and somewhat browned. Neither item had any seasoning to it. My server was quiet and didn't do any touch back after food was delivered. I needed napkins since I had gotten jelly on my fingers. Once I was done with my meal, I went to the restroom to wash my hands since my server had still never came back to the table. She passed me numerous times on her way to other tables. Eventually she came by and asked if I needed a box. I said yes and several minutes later she brought the box and check. I am undecided if I will return. I love going places that aren't chains, so this was disappointing. As a last minute thought, the coffee was good.

Sooo good! I loved my Omelet. Actually, that's the reason for the 5 stars for sure. ordered it special as Mediterranean instead of the fritatta. The service was wonderful...as usual here. Hubby said that the steak wasn't perfect.. probably dethawed in a microwave but wasn't bad. His grits were a little lumpy... but the flavor was good. I personally liked them still. The potatoes could have been more crispy, as I ordered them extra crispy and they weren't, but the shape of the cut was interesting, and the Omelet was so amazing that it didn't matter. I couldn't eat it all anyway. Actually, my son heated them up later in the oven as leftovers, and they were super tasty.

A nice example from usual breakfast-brunch-lunch type of establishment. We were greeted and seated quickly. The menu is huge, sandwiches, crepes, omelets, frittatas, skillets, eggs, pancakes, Belgian waffles, burgers, etc. You will find something you like. I got the Joanna's frittata with biscuits, my Mom got the fish sandwich. That's a lot of food! Portions are huge. The frittata was very tasty, the biscuits were just OK. The pieces of fish on the sandwich were so big that after cutting off the extra there was enough left to make another sandwich. Definitely a place I go back to.
