McDonald's — Restaurant in Indiana

Order a McRib no onion no pickle, get a little ways down the highway only to realize it has both onion and pickle on it even the box says only sauce. So I pull back up to the window where I received my bag and told the girl what happened then some guy comes to the window and tells me to pull forward and I said no I will wait right here no one was behind me at that exact moment plus it shouldn’t take long to fix. He kept repeating pull forward I just stopped talking then he decides to escalate the situation and say I can refuse your service since I wouldn’t pull up. So as I pull forward he says I’ll be right out with all the love and light with it, that’s not how you talk to someone when you are at fault and they rightfully have a reason to be upset. So I go inside to wait for it instead and he says what do you want, I’m waiting on my sandwich. Then when I get it and I’m leaving he says have a fantastic day in a condescending tone. If this is one of your manager’s for this store he definitely will cause you a lot of issues going forward. He has zero clue how to handle situations correctly. Stopped at the drive-thru and after ordering and paying for our food we were instructed to go to "spot 9", which didn't exist. Not a big deal just parked next to spot 8. Then after waiting for 15 minutes and watching three cars that ordered after us get their food I had enough and went in. There was my food just sitting on the counter getting cold! Collected my food and walked out. Before I got to the car I checked the bag and surprise... no sauces! Went back in, asked and got the death look and the guy threw my stuff in the bag and said "here". I get going down the road and surprise... wrong burger! I ordered a QP meal and got a disgusting QP with bacon... that’s it, just hamburger and bacon! My wife ordered a chicken sandwich without mayo and... you guessed it covered!

If I hadn’t already paid I would have been long gone, but I guess that is why they have another window and make you pay first. I did notice the payment line was moving exceptionally well! My husband (previous McD worker not from this location) was there today and saw the most revolting things. A large sweaty man put the ice bucket (with holes all on it) against his nasty side & uniform where you could see his pit stains as well as an employee drop cup lids on the floor who proceeded to pick them with without gloves and nonchalantly put them back in the stack with the rest. The manager was complaining about not being able to be on her phone cuz she gets called out while the rest are on their phones. There was food sitting on the counter for 5 minutes because a worker never walked it to a table that was given a number. His food was fine but he felt obligated to say something to the manager about what he witnessed. She was not happy with his comments and yelled at my husband: "Grab your food and get out. You're not allowed here anymore and never come back." How is that allowed!!!??? Your employees are breaking health code violations!!
