After sitting in line for nearly 25 mins. And I was the second car to pull up to the drive thru, I was extremely concerned on what the hold up was. Because after working as a chef at a restaurant and having to make every thing from scratch and served in a very strict time I couldn't figure out why they were taking this long to make 2 double cheese burgers and 2 med fries and 2 L Dr peppers. So after paying of course. Looking through the window. I saw 1 guy going around with a clipboard and marking stuff. The guy that was suppose to be getting drinks and fries etc was just walking around with his headphones in, and then saw me looking at him and he asked me if I had 2 Dr peppers, of course I'm like uh yeah dude. Then gives us the drinks with no straw and I ask for straws and he hands me 1. And we had 2 drinks. So I need another straw for my passengers drink. I had to repeat myself 4 times before he understood what I was asking for another 8 mins go by and we finally got our food and what do you know it's wrong!. Missing both fries and they gave us 1 large and the food was all.cold. I think this review is for when we went to one on the South side of Indy. Well the guy gave us our food then helped 3 more people then we got our frappes n drinks 15 min after that so it was 43 mins from ordering to when he finally felt like getting our drinks. Read moreI went to the drive-through the drive-through this evening to get my typical breakfast burrito and our burrito as we know all over the globe is a 24 hour a day item that you can get and no other McDonald’s on the southern region has an issue with serving me a breakfast burrito nor anyone else anytime of the day and when I went through the drive-through, this young girl on the speaker had the audacity to yell at me and say no we don’t do that here we don’t do that at this location OK that’s fine. That’s fine but the audacity of rudeness if every McDonald’s does it why does one particular one not do it to me that is lazy behavior and it is rude and the way I was treated this McDonald’s I will not come back.
