If I could give this place negative stars I would!!! This is not the 1st time I've had issues with this location. I pulled up tonight 12/1/23. All the lights were on I tried to go in as the whole place was lit like they were open. It was 8:15 they say they are open till 9. So I pulled around to the drive thru which was fully lit insuating they are open as well. After sitting there for 10 mins I pulled back around to trigger the ringer in they're head set again. Well after another like 7 mins of waiting and saying hello with no answer, I just pulled up to the drive thru window where I seen employees by the sink they just kept looking at me and laughing. So then I knocked on the window and they just looked and continued to laugh. When they should have just simply opened the window and told me they were closed like professionals. Instead of acting like children giggling. I've had some many messed up orders from this location and they always claim they aren't wrong. But yet I kept giving them benefit of the doubt time and time again shame on me fr. This place is officially losing a long time customer due to there unprofessionalism and not taking responsibility for they're own mess ups and I will be spreading the word thru the community to just go to either of the Chesterton locations or the willow creek location I'm very known in the local community and word of mouth can be for the best of a business or the worst. The woman who made my sandwich was very nice and very helpful. Unfortunately, my checkout experience with Lily was tragic. She asked me if I wanted chips and a drink, I said sure let’s make it a meal. I don’t know if my answer through her she didn’t understand I explained do you have a meal sandwich chips and drink? She was still confused. Her coworker had to come and help her. This is fine. I understand that sometimes we don’t understand each other. But she caught in the attitude and walked away from the register and paid for my sandwich and had a grab my own receipt. The woman who made my sandwich and apologized. Read more(Around 1:05 p.m. ) I spoke to the Manager woman with dark hair and asked if there was anything she could do about me losing Subway points/rewards credits since their employees have not been asking me for months if I am signed up for rewards so that I could enter my info to get points/credit dollars toward Subway food. I have missed out on several dollars worth of in-store credits due to no one there asking or reminding me to enter my info to get points when I make my purchases. She said there was nothing that she could do about it. She could have done something about it, but she just did not care one bit.
