Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in South Haven

I work 12-16 hr days , especially with it starting to be nice outside who wouldn’t love ice cream after a long day - week of work .! I keep giving this place the benefit of the doubt and they keep messing up my order . I always get the royal New York cheesecake with extra cheesecake. Last night after waiting in line for 20-30 minutes just to go home and realize they gave me a Oreo blizzard with 4 pcs of cheesecake. Mind you I have a medical problem and chocolate triggers it to the fullest. Then I call and the manager Brittany says there is absolutely nothing they can do after I asked if I order my blizzard again if they can fulfill the extra cheesecake part at least and I’ll pay for my blizzard. She said no now I have to wait a few days to get a response from the owner to see if it’s reasonable or not .

Let alone did the Oreo blizzard hurt to eat , I was robbed of my money from this place .

Well, I wish I had good things to say here but sadly I gotta agree with allllll the other previous negative reviews. Their customer service skills are non-existent in the positive aspect of it but they mastered the negative department there. They have a serious crapitude with paying customers. Ask for extra toppings and they don't put it on the bottom so it overflows out of the sundae containers and it makes me have to be a difficult customer asking for some on the bottom and top. I hate being that customer and don't like telling people how to do their job but I also can't go behind the counter and make it myself and they aren't gonna come clean up the mess from the overflow. Used to go to this DQ specifically for the dilly bars that were made in the store. Went completely out of our way last week and spent $40 on them only to get home and realize they are now factory made. Needless to say they are terrible and upon calling I was told that “it’s too time consuming” to make them in the store anymore and they won’t take back the unopened boxes with a receipt because they’ve left the store even though grocery stores allow food to be returned no questions asked. These are terrible and pretty much inedible and we are just super disappointed in this decision by this DQ....
