Wendy's — Restaurant in Indiana

DO NOT WORK AT THIS STORE I am pregnant was working at this store with my baby daddy my baby daddy got a shift lead position my baby daddy had past charges they still let him be manager we were living with his parents had finally found our own place as soon as we started talking about how we were gonna move they are now trying to demote him from manager for his past charges but he had these charges when they gave him the position i feel like this is totally wrong for them to do they are very crooked here they didn't write him up give him a warning or have a plan for improvement if he was doing anything wrong the gm for this store barely knows what hes doing and is very crooked if you are looking for a job DO NOT GO HERE they fired one person (male) for being late but they're are other workers (female) that are 2 hours late everyday but they get away with it no write ups no nothing the gm has double standards and just fires people that he doesnt like but lets all the females get away with anything which I think is a little fishy the company isnt a bad company this store is the problem the district manager and the company doesnt know what's going on at this store because the gm hides it and is crooked my baby daddy also should have got manager bonuses but has never received one this has happen to other...

The speed of the service could be a little better but the friendliness and welcoming manners of the staff more than made up for that. One of the staff (Melissa) I think was her name, made the dine in lunch a exceptionally good time. She had a positive and uplifting attitude and very professional. When other of her crew members got a little frazzled she remained calm and jump right in to help the situation at hand. A born leader with positivity and knowledge obviously in problem solving and critical thinking. Wendy's as a whole is very lucky to have an employee like her. With a leader like herself your store will only soar to new highs. P.S. SHE EVEN SOLD ME A BAG FULL OF COOKIES BEFORE I KNEW I EVEN...

Only four stars because they were out of the spicy chicken sandwich at the time of my visit. However the service was five star exceptional!! SHERRI was so friendly and was genuinely concerned that I couldn't get what I wanted. She was thinking outside of the box when she offered to get me a sandwich made out of spicy chicken nuggets. I just got a Dave's Single instead, but I was very appreciative of her efforts!! SHERRI was very friendly and helpful. She could have just simply waited for me to order something else but she really tried to come up with a solution! Kudos to her for making what could have been a disappointing experience much more enjoyable! ...
