Aqui Es Jalisco #2 — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Poor service. We went today for the 2x1 fajitas and it was just awful. 5 tortillas for two fajitas. No extra plates. We also ordered two margaritas. The margaritas probably are the worse I had in a Mexican restaurant. Lime juice and sprite not sure if it had liquor. When I asked for the check it was $50. I decided to approach to the the "manager" not sure if she was the manager or the owner. She didn't talked to me she just talked to the server. I asked the guy before I ordered about the 2x1 and they charged me for both. She got upset and without looked at me she told the server that I was supposed to ask before. I responded to her "I did". Again instead of talk to me she told the server "the discount applied if the fajitas are the same"...so she told the server to discount 50%from one of the fajitas. Then I realized I got charge 13.95 for each margarita. Really? Top shelf? The margaritas were disgusting. What a poor service. I was wondering why I was the only table at the restaurant . The manager needs to find another job not relate with customer service. She was rude and ignorant. Poor service don't waste...

This is the PERFECT place to visit if you're in the mood for crappy service,!!! the shrimp cocktail (that was supposed to be chilled was hot) and the tacos that were supposed to be warm where cold, only two tables with costumers and still it took the waitress over 5 minutes just to remember that I had ordered a beer..and another 5 minutes to have another waitress to come and ask IF I had gotten my drink , (to wich I said no) and another 5 minutes to get the waitress in the back the message just to have her come to the table with the beer that I no longer wanted and say (if we were still cool)?... LOL....apparently the party in the kitchen was alot better that waiting on your tables... ...well.. if you're looking for a place to test your patience and stomach THIS IS IT!!! Worst mexican food I've ever tasted!!! The service was horrible. We sat and watched people come in get their drink orders, place their food, and receive their food before we ever had our drink order taken. The chips weren't fully cooked, the salsa was bland and watered down. I think they mail ordered our food from Mexico as long as it took to get it and then it was horrible. We both had chimichangas and the meat seemed old and reheated and was saltier than Utah!!! The refried beans tasted terrible and the rice seemed like they scraped it from the pot they'd had going all day. Even the margaritas weren't good, although they were the best part of the dinner. We won't be going back there. We'd have been better off going to Taco Bell and the liquor store and coming back...
