Barry's Pizza and Wings — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Barry's Pizza is another pizza place that has been around for quite a long time and has not to long ago opened up another location and are expanding their business. There are a couple negatives though.. For one, all their prices have doubled and they are now very expensive where they use to have really good prices that was affordable.. Not anymore!! The other is I use to order off their Specials menu and use to get the 2 - 18" pizzas with 5 toppins on each pizza.. Well, I have some picky people in my family and use to order one of the pizzas with just pepperoni only and have the other 4 toppins added to the second pizza making it a 9 toppin pizza. Since each pizza came with 5 toppins each I was already paying for the toppins and they use to make the two pizzas that way. Then one day I called to make the same order as usual.. And they told me that they cannot make the pizza that way...?!? 😲

I had explained that I always had my 2 pizzas made that way from the Special menu and the person on the phone from Barry's was calling me a lier and said they never ever made them lime that which they was lying because the did for me several times. They put me through to the owner and he said they never did or allowed that. I told him that his people did do that on multie times and he said I was wrong and basically calling me a lier. Barry's has gone down hill BIG TIme unfortunately which is sad!! The pizza does taste great. But unfortunately their prices and their services have went down the drain and is why I recommend Mickey & Bill's Pizza over theirs as their people are honest and treat their customers right unlike...

12/30/16 Updating my review, simply because Barry's is the hands-down best of the best. We have lived in this neighborhood for 5 years now, and order from here probably once a week. Never once has Barry's failed to give us exactly what we want, lightning fast, and at a reasonable price. I can't think of a single restaurant establishment that has that kind of track record. Original 2014 review: Barry's is everything a pizza place should be. The people are super friendly and care about what they're doing, the pizza is delicious and always made perfect, delivery service is lightning fast and usually catches us by surprise, and the prices are more than fair. My family loves Barry's pizza. The sauce has a sweetness to it that makes it hard to stop eating. I don't even bother ordering from anywhere else anymore. Barry's is the embodiment of a great small business. Chain stores don't hold a candle to it. I've never once had less-than-outstanding pizza from them, never once felt overcharged, and never once have they taken a long time to get it here. My kids and I ordered pizza yesterday and I told the person who answers the phone how we needed the pizza and they even put it on the paperi told them extra extra extra light sauce due to my little ones and I having GI issues but we still like their pizza well they put sooo much sauce on it we couldn't eat it I tried calling they wasn't helping us at all Soo my kids and I couldn't eat and wasted money so we threw it away then today I tried to call and talk to the owner and he acted like he was going to make it right even after I told him I had to go to the outside trash to get the paper for the number on it he didn't say anything about needing the pizza then after him calling back many times then he said oh I need that pizza back and I have already told him it was in the trash and I wasn't about to dig in the trash again. I'm very disappointed we never had this issue we most likely won't order their again. After how I was treated I forgot I took a video of the pizza yesterday and the owner came to my home and asked to dig in my trash for the pizza and that is just totally gross and unprofessional.
