Our 12-year old granddaughter took us out for lunch today at Fazoli’s on Madison Avenue in Indianapolis. We each had the lunch special which is a great deal. It comes with two two lunch size entrees, breadsticks, and a drink. It was delicious! Great deal for the price!
But better than that was the service provided by Angie M. She took our order, gave us breadsticks while we waited for our food, delivered our food, and came back to check on us several times.
As we were preparing to leave, we picked up all our dishes to take to the dish station. Angie M. came by and picked up our dishes! She went above and beyond! Employees like Angie M. are hard to find!
Our granddaughter was so impressed with Angie M., she asked us if it would be okay if she left Angie M. a tip! Angie M.’s actions spoke volumes. It opened up a great conversation with our granddaughter about what makes a good employee and how to treat customers.

Read moreSlow and poor customer service! I had ordered a classic sampler to go. After waiting over 5 minutes another customer came in trying to order lasagna. The cashier informed her it would be over 10 minutes they were out of lasagna(it is 6pm and they were not that busy) so that customer left. The cashier should have offered them a substitute suggestion. I inquired if that is why I was waiting? Oh yeah they forgot to tell me they were out. Finally, after standing for 22 minutes after my order was taken I received my food with a couple extra breadsticks for the wait. Geez thanks. I won't be back to that location, the young staff working there obviously need additional training on how to provide decent customer service. Read moreI tried to order the family meal for 4 through door dash 12/8which comes with 8 breadsticks but the app tried to force me to add 6 more breadsticks before it would submit my order (total of 14 breadsticks then). I called and spoke with Kaylee and asked her about the DoorDash trouble. DoorDash obviously isn’t her job so I was amazed when she said “I’ll pull up my app and try it” to which it also did that to her. So I went ahead and placed the order through her for pick up. It was done quickly and I actually ended up adding two drinks onto the order at the window. Camilla was lovely at the window and extremely helpful as well. The customer service I received has been the best customer service I’ve had in a while and I’ve been in the service industry for a long time.
