Visited the store to get my first metro PCS phone serviceand was helped by KJ in the store and thought she was friendly helpful and knew what she was talking about and thought that she had hooked me up with the best phone and service that she could and then she told me on getting some accessories as well which I never do in the store because they're too expensive I would never pay $20 for a phone protector or the screen protector but she said she had a special for 1/2 price if I get 2 items. I got them but when I walked out and looked over reciepy I saw they rang up as $20 each and I went back in and she tried to hustle me into believing that it was taken off somewhere else in the transaction so I wanted her to show me where and of course she couldn't so then she told me that yeah there was a mistake and that she was sorry and she couldn't give me the money back for it but she would let me have another accessory just take one she said but I didn't need another accessory I did need my money back though that I wasn't supposed to have had to spend but that wasn't going to happen so I left there really unhappy and then when I got home today I downloaded my receipts from that day for this transaction and I realized that KJ also charged me for the insurance at $10 a month that I absolutely do not want and we had a conversation that I was not getting it but she signed me on for it anyways! So isn't it ironic that the 2 things they the sales people make extra money on commissions for are the 2 things that KJ decided k was going to have one way or another? I called customer service and they are so sorry and that's where the service ENDS! It's one thing when a mistake happens but it's a whole other thing when it happens multiple times in one transaction and then I get to looking at the reviews here on Google and see that these bad reviews about the same type of issues have been being left on here for well over a year and metro clearly hasn't done anything about it because they're still doing the same damn things that they were doing over a year ago so what the hell is up MetroPCS do you just not care about your customers at all or is the customers that go to this particular store the special ones they get treated like total s* and like they don't matter I'm just curious because I'm super disappointed and I will say this I was a T-Mobile customer for the past 10 years and I've never ever been treated the way that I was just treated in regard to the situation and I think that they should be embarrassed to have you using their name along with yours because you guys have nowhere near the ability to have their name on your stuff considering you guys are not anywhere near in the league that T-Mobile is. T-Mobile should have never partnered up with you guys because you don't deserve to have their...
Read moreI had a terrible experience at this Metro by T-Mobile store. I came in wanting to upgrade my phone to an iPhone, and from the moment I walked in, I was treated with complete disrespect. The employee who helped me was rude and discriminatory just because I don't speak English very well. She spoke to me in an aggressive tone, raising her voice like I was less than other customers. She called someone who spoke Spanish, but her bad attitude didn’t change. I felt humiliated, like I didn’t even have the right to be there just because my English isn’t perfect. I lost my time, my patience, and I walked out without the phone I wanted because I refuse to accept that kind of treatment. This store urgently needs to train its staff in respect, tolerance, and basic customer service. I do not recommend anyone to come to...
Read moreFrom when I first purchased my phone there last month the sales associate was great. The only issue I have is I should have listened to her when she said to get the LG stylo 4 rather than the Alcatel 7. I went in there today after being notified by MetroPCS customer service to have the phone swaps for a new one, the associate working today said there was nothing he could do because it was past the seven days even though Metro customer service told me I had 30 days, and had to go back to the store where I purchased the phone. I don't hold any Grudge towards this store in fact the associates that I've dealt with their have both been great and went out of their way to...
