By far the worst experience at a Hardee's... I stopped by this location at around 230pm I decided to run through the drive thru as there were only a couple cars ahead of me. They took my order promptly and proceeded ahead. From that point I waited 11 minutes to get to the window I actually thought about driving off but another car pulled in behind me and there is a curb otherwise after minute 6 or 7 I would have left. I waited another 3 minutes for the young lady to come to the window. I could see that she looked to be running both the drive thru windo and the front counter. While a little frustrated about the slow service I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt as it seemed they were under staffed. I paid for my order (which was a single sandwich BTW) and left I opened my bag took out the sandwich to find out that it was the wrong sandwich. At this point I checked my receipt to find that they rang up the wrong item. I'll also point out that not only did I order just a sandwich but there wasn't anything special just a 1/3lb Frisco burger. What I was charged for and recieved was a 1/3 thick burger. Again due to the fact that they took to long the first time I decided not to go back. I ultimately was charged for what I recieved so whatever I was just going to eat it and move on. I have had some bad food before at fast food places but this sandwich was awful. The meat was cold the bun was hard it simply wasn't edible. At this point I decide to call the place to complain. It's one thing to be understaffed, and another to make a mistake at the register. But anyone who worked in fast food when they were 16 can tell when meat, tomatoes, onions, etc. Have beet sitting too long but a hard bun? Come on that's just incompetent. So tried calling the phone just rang and rang and finally went to a fax I called 3 times in a row with no answer. I went back and waited at the counter for 3-4 more minutes to be waited on and another 5 to get the right sandwich. The staff was polite as I explained the overview and I'm assuming it was a manager in the grill area who came to apologize and correct the order. So they made my Frisco burger and I left... get to the car and what cold meat again the bacon was barely luke warm. Bottom line this place failed on every level except being polite. I will...
Read moreSet and drive-thru for 15 minutes while the car the speaker never moved an inch. Parked my car decided to go inside would be quicker but the dining room doors were locked having lost my place in line I get back in line while the same car is still at the speaker. When it's my turn I ask if they know the dining room door is locked and they said no they will go unlock right now so I proceed to order a large coffee and ask how many blueberry biscuits come in a pack I get no answer but I am asked repeatedly for my order despite repeating myself multiple times. This goes on I was probably referred to as ma'am 20 times, before after enduring everything they said it was a complete waste of time if they would try to have a normal dialogue instead of filling it up with irrelevant wording I want service I don't care what you call me just don't annoy me by saying it 20,000 times. Frustrated I am hearing this person repeat back to me and order that I didn't make yet and the order just keeps increasing from one biscuit to two to three to four blueberry biscuits and I've never ordered yet and I'm like I don't think you're understanding me I'm just asking a question. I say never mind and I leave and when I leave guess who's sitting at the window waiting on their order still The car that was there originally at the speaker so here's a little hint for Hardee's... if you hire somebody make sure they understand English I shouldn't have to go to another country to order a biscuit nor should I have to sit at your restaurant 20 minutes unable to order at the drive-thru or get in the store during business hours... If you are franchised good luck with that in hint number two locking customers inside and open restaurant is against fire codes, local fire inspector would like to pay you a visit I'm sure..All these franchise restaurants out here put customer service at The lowest...
Read moreLast time I went here they forgot an order of biscuits and gravy we ordered three and only got two called all day long got no answer I called the next day it got no answer. My husband really loves the biscuits and gravy and since he didn't get to eat it that day he decided to go back today so we go in and get our food and I could not believe in the back there was only one biscuit and gravy and two of us are standing there when was the combo and one was just biscuits and gravy. The manager was standing up there and didn't even ask if we were dinning in or carry out just put our stuff in a bag and I literally watched the manager with red hair wipe off hair of another workers shirt while she had my food in her hand in a bag!!!!! That was extremely unprofessional and she was really rude when we were having trouble trying to put order online we were just asking her is there something we were doing wrong because we Uber and there was definitely money on the card. She kept talking about coupons we didn't say anything about coupons. Then when we said thank you and said have a nice day she ignored both things... Then at the very end of my bowl of gravy that I was dipping my hash browns in I noticed a wonderful hair which I know that hair did not come from the lady she was wiping earlier but I thought it was very disgusting I have dark brown hair and this was a reddish brown hair so gee I wonder who that belong to.. Now that you're at the very end of the bowl and the rest of your food is gone what are you supposed to do...??? So not only do they forget your food they are incredibly impolite and apparently don't care about wearing hair nets or brushing hair off of other employees right in front of customers. I get people work hard for their money but when you're in customer service you don't have a job without those customers so you could be at least halfway...
