All food items AMAZING! Todos la comidas-encantamos!! The horchata was good but couldve had more cinnamon in it. Waitress forgot about our pepsi a couple times but everything made up for it. Area was quiet not busy at all, great music, kindness everywhere, the churros fue muy bien omg con helado fresa?! Not what i expected in good ways! The chicken was so good seasoned great and the asada was very thin and soft with amazing flavor. Fajitas hot for so long and so were the tortillas!!!!! French fries and rice were good! They had a lot of different hot sauces on table and the three different complimentary salsas(verde, guacamole fuego, and some kind of orange one) were awesome to try and even receive! The normal salsa was amazing didnt build up spice too quickly! EVERYTHING WAS FRESH❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️best hole in the wall mexican place to stumble upon. Will be back!! Ps-10/10 wanted to say everything in spanish to show more appreciation there at the restaurant but didnt want to torture the workers with my broken words and white girl sounds😂i could for sure read everything on the menu and understand a lot but i know how i sound aloud.

I've been driving by this place for a couple of months, the curiosity finally got to me. This is a small, charming, Mexican restaurant. The visit was for lunch with a collegue. The ambiance was warm and inviting, nice carved and painted tables and chairs pulls it all together. The staff was friendly and attentive. The lunch menu had numerous options in the $10 range, not bad! We went with the steak fajitas, you can hear the cook making it in the kitchen, this was not premade food getting nuked and served! Meanwhile, we were served the typical chips and salsa that is expected at most Mexican restaurants, salsa was good, and they put a hot queso cheese dip with it, very nice! When the entree was served, I was pleased with the portion size, wasn't sure what I was getting for $10, I was quite full when we left. The flavor of the food was pretty good, washed it all down with a delicious cucumber juice of sorts. I look forward to trying their other menu items on future visits, can see it becoming a favorite lunch stop!

It makes sense as to why this is one of the highest rated Mexican places in Indy. As many of the fellow reviewers, I too am visiting from California and wanted to test out some places. When I saw the menu, I knew I had to try it.

I got a large order but the main things to mention from it was the Pechuga Gallo de Oro, Asada Chimichanga, the Chorizo Dip, and the salsas. I didn't think grilled chicken topped with white cheese, chorizo, and a couple pineapple slices would've been too great, but I'm so glad I was wrong. The flavor of all of it together with the corn tortillas, lettuce, tomato, avocado, and orange salsa is still making my mouth water.

The Asada Chimichanga, although not "Mexican" (from who you ask), was still so good. The meat wasn't dry like you'd find in other Chimichanga's, and there was this sauce or crema on top that made it have a great balance of crunch and softness.

The chorizo dip was definitely different than what I'm used to. Usually when you see chorizo and white queso dip it's in a cast iron skillet with a small piece of chorizo and the cheese hardens after 5 minutes. DEFINITELY not what I got here, it was a great queso that never hardened with a hearty serving of chorizo ground up and mixed in there. Mix that with their orange salsa, Verde salsa, or their guac salsa, and you've got trouble on your hands!

All in all, this place is better than 75% of the places I've been to back home in CA and the southwest. You will not regret going here, and I...

Listen. I don't write reviews, but the food was too good not to!

Very much just a hole in the wall, traditional Mexican restaurant. Found it cause we were on the west side and it had almost perfect 5 🌟 with a couple hundred reviews.

Parking is minimal at best, but literally my only gripe.

Upon entering, we were immediately noticed and allowed to sit wherever. Before even getting a word in, we were given waters, chips, salsa, queso, and 3 housemade sauces 😵‍💫

The menu is fairly extensive, along with an entire drink selection as well, so I'm sure there's something for everyone. Maybe 7 minutes until we received all out actual food. Between my partner and I, we got 2 chicken tacos, 2 steak tacos, 1 chicken quesadilla, and arroz con Pollo o asada. Everything was absolutely delicious! Flavor-filled, hot, juicy, and savory as hell! Something about the quesadilla stood out as easily one of the most flavorful basic quesadillas I've ever had. When I asked our waitress what they did to it, she admitted it's a house-secret butter blend for frying the tortillas 😂

Overall, if you're craving Mexican food, do not miss on this place! It's easily gonna be our go-to Mexican place on the west side from now on!

For pricing, we spent 42$ before tax and tip with the above. The tacos for reference were $3.50 a piece (I feel like based on a staple item's price, you can always kinda gauge how much other stuff will be;...
