Is 5⭐️’s all that I’m allowed to give? That seems unfair, because this tattoo studio deserves 💯 ⭐️’s!! A couple of years ago, I researched the style of tattoo that I wanted (Black & Gray realism portrait). A page on Instagram kept coming up (art_by_geezus - Jesus Cervantes) and I was blown away with his work. Then I started looking at the other artist that work at the same studio (The Artistry Realm) and couldn’t believe the amount of talented artists under the same roof! After watching Jesus’s page for many months, I decided that it was time to contact him and give him my ideas on what I wanted. I’m a Bomb dog handler and love my K9 partner(s) like family. After all, I spend more time with them that I do my wife, so I wanted to make sure that I found the right person to do this work. I spoke with Jesus and felt very comfortable with everything he had to say, so I made the appointment. I live just north of Atlanta and the tattoo studio is in Indianapolis. I didn’t care. Traveling for the right artist is absolutely worth it! I made the trip, got the tattoo and was extremely pleased. Unfortunately, the tattoo was a memorial for my retired K9 partner Ace who had just passed, but.. I had a new K9 partner. The bond grew fast & strong with my new K9 partner Lena and I knew I wanted matching portraits on my K9 partners. I contacted Jesus again (almost 2 years later) and just finished my 2nd trip up to Indianapolis to get Lena tattooed on me. I couldn’t be more grateful to Jesus and The Artistry Realm and thrilled about the tattoo! Super clean tattoo studio. Extremely friendly staff and incredibly talented artist! If you are looking for a quality tattoo, I highly recommend The Artistry Realm...
Read moreI have gotten 5 tattoos are two different studios and I have never had a worse experience. I arrived got my appointment 20+ minutes early and waited for around 10 minutes up front before the receptionist came and helped me. Then I waited an additional 40 minutes until the receptionist told me that my artist was not there and that she could get me in with someone else. I had driven 45+ minutes and had rescheduled already because my artist ran late with another appointment prior, so she asked me to reschedule like 2 hours before my original appointment. The receptionist then gave me to another artist whose style was nothing like what I wanted. I wanted fine line/realism and she did neotraditional. That was the second time the shop had done that. When I originally scheduled a consultation with the shop, they matched me with a different artist who also did not do work remotely similar to want I wanted. Also, when I was supposed to have my video consultation, it never happened because the artist was working on another client. I then told both the artist and the shop that I didn’t think it was going to be a good fit for that artist and offered suggestions on who I think would be, the shop never responded to my message. All of the artists are very talented in their own styles, but I would NEVER come back due to the shops unprofessional way they run their business and lack of care, respect, and consideration for their clients vision and time. I get that tattoo studios have that kind of reputation but if I am paying 350 dollars for something permanent on my body, I am paying to be respected with my time and what I want at an...
Read moreToday was my very first tattoo experience with Maria, and honestly—impressed doesn’t even begin to cover it! For the last nine years I had been loyal to the same artist out of habit, but after my last appointment I knew it was time to find someone new. That’s when I was introduced to Maria, who just so happens to specialize in the exact style of artwork I love most.
My appointment was booked for four hours, and within the first 30 minutes she already had my stencil applied and was ready to go. What stood out immediately was how light-handed she was—the difference was incredible. Her fine line work is delicate, detailed, and absolutely beautiful.
Another thing I loved about this studio is how each artist has their own specialty. It gives you the confidence that whoever you’re booked with truly enjoys and excels at the style you’re asking for, rather than being someone who just “dabbles.”
I left not only thrilled with my tattoo, but also with a sense of excitement knowing I’ve found my new go-to artist. I can’t wait to continue working with Maria for future pieces, and I’m already looking forward to exploring realism with other artists in the studio down the road.
If you’ve been thinking about finding a tattoo artist who genuinely cares about their craft and produces stunning work, I can’t recommend Maria enough. She’s officially my new...
