Hardee’s — Restaurant in Indianapolis

I recently visited Hardee's on Harding in Indianapolis and wanted to share my experience with others. Overall, I would rate my visit with 2 stars. Here are the details of my review:

Service: The service at Hardee's on Harding was below average. The staff seemed disinterested and not very attentive to customers' needs. I had to wait longer than expected to place my order, and the employees didn't seem friendly or welcoming. Food Quality: The quality of the food was mediocre. The burger I ordered was dry and lacked flavor. The fries were also overcooked and tasted stale. It was disappointing to receive a subpar meal, especially considering the price. Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the restaurant was another issue. The tables were not properly cleaned, and there was visible dirt and crumbs on the floor. It gave the impression that the staff didn't prioritize cleanliness. Atmosphere: The atmosphere at Hardee's on Harding was not very inviting. The lighting was dim, and the seating area felt cramped. It didn't create a pleasant dining experience. Conclusion: In conclusion, my visit to Hardee's on Harding in Indianapolis was not satisfactory. Do not go to this Hardee's they have terrible customer service. Last night, my wife ordered my food and asked very clearly for my food to be made plain, add cheese, and I should've checked because they messed up my food. Went back before closing time and the light were out 10 minutes before 11pm (the actual time the lights were supposed to be out) and drove to the drive thru and let the manager know that they messed up the order. Told her what my wife requested and the night shift manager basically called my wife a lier and said that she didn't request plain and add cheese. I asked if my order could be made correctly and she asked about worker if the machines was off and he said yes. This place of business will no longer receive my service. Ordered breakfast was great! The woman at the window was not. She handed me fries (in which I didn’t order) without letting me know they didn’t have hash-browns which she should have mentioned at the window 60 seconds before that when I ordered instead of deciding she didn’t want to drop my hashbrowns I ordered. Then she went on to fight me about how it was cheaper to do the combo and not just the drink. Why do I need the drink if I’m not getting my combo I want. she took my drink and fries which she shouldn’t have after it was handed to me health violation.. “ once it touch their hands or inside their vehicle, you're not supposed to take it back & give it to the correct or save it for later for a new customer.” I went on across the street and got myself a drink instead of wasting my 5$ on what I didn’t order.
