I never thought I would say this, as for decades I have listed "Jacks Donuts" as one of the things I want on my last day... but I continue to be disappointed. Having grown up in 70s just around corner from Jacks in Sunnyside, it is in my blood.
I simply want a couple of white iced rolls, most of the time. I've stated that when you put them in a bag, especially with other iced ones, it's a total mess. Last time I asked for box so icing would not get totally wiped off, they charged me $1 for the box.

Read moreI like Jack's Donuts. Fast, easy, good. They have a nice variety, and some crazy ones like Fruity Pebbles Cinnamon Roll, or Iced Blueberry, but mostly they just make a good donut well. It's close, convenient, and uses Square so I don't have to have cash, which I appreciate about them. Nice chairs too. They recently added fancy Café drinks, but I've not tried any, seem too sweet for me. The Pacers Blend is a good morning coffee, nothing fancy, but not burnt and not gross.
