My wife and I stopped by this location yesterday at about 11:05am. We go there frequently because it is close to our home. For the past several months service here has gotten worse and worse. A normal drive thru visit is in the neighborhood of 15-30 minutes. Yesterday after about 25 minutes I gave up. We ordered a Double Cheeseburger and an Egg McMuffin that was it. We were in line in the drive through for about 15 minutes and another ten in a parking space. Keep in mind all of the drive thru parking spaces were full due to people waiting.
I finally take my receipt inside to get a refund. There were probably 15-20 people waiting by the counter for their food as I walked in. None looked happy. I ask a couple employees at the counter whom I need to get a receipt from and they point at a manager outside by one of the drive thru cars. An overweight man who seemed to be in his 40s with a white button down shirt on. I watch until he comes in and show him my receipt and state I would like a refund because I have been waiting for 25 minutes. As he is processing it I stated “If you guys can’t handle the drive thru service you should probably just shut it down.” He stated “You are an expert right?” I stated “Yes, I actually am.” He replied with “You are pretty cocky.” I stated I guess I am. He hands me my refund and as I am leaving under my breath I said “Idiot”. He then yells at me, “What did you say?”, then I repeated it as I walked out the door. I probably would not have been that rude while leaving but this guy shouldn’t be managing anything much less a business with his people skills. While I was inside my wife stated that the manager came out and was discussing an order with a lady and they had no idea what she ordered so he was writing it down so they could go make it.
I am writing this to let you know that this restaurant is probably the worst McDonalds that I probably ever been too. Employees are clueless probably due to poor management. The manager’s reaction to me was almost blaming me for being upset. Why because you can’t handle the business you are supposed to be running?
I worked in a few restaurants when I was younger. I worked my way up from working the grill to being a General Manager within 3 years. I ran three different restaurants as GM for four years, before I left the restaurant business. To do something better. One of the restaurants I ran was 75% sales in drive thru. We had to average less than 30 seconds a transaction or we were in a lot of trouble. This is possible as we did it consistently. It can be done if you focus on it.
I know its not a big deal to you since this is probably a franchised location, but we will never go back to this location period. We spend a lot of cash and time in the drive thru here, but no longer. Tired of the poor service here and the horrible...

From the time I pulled up and my card was charged 29 minutes passed before i received my order. The manager never apologized, the manager wouldn’t even answer the phone when i called. Had the teenagers handle the whole order. Which resulted in a teenager handing my $40+ huge order to a car that just was parked despite me yelling across the parking lot telling him that was my order; as we’d already been parked 15 minutes and could tell by the two happy meal boxes and the bag it was my order. After ignoring me and handing it off he yelled my order would “be out shortly”. It wasn’t, i watched four orders come out for people parked less than 10 minutes. Furious with three kids in the car needing to pee, waited twenty minutes at this point as id already paid for the food. Helpless due to the fact I couldn’t go inside without taking all my kids to the restroom first i tried to call the store. Did the call get answered by a manager? Hell no. The manager never spoke to me despite requests. The child on the phone tells me for the third time my food will be out shortly. I countered that if it wasn’t out in 5 minutes id be coming in for my food and a full refund. Three minutes later they send out someone to get my reciept, admitting they sent my order with someone else and bumped it off their screens. So they wouldn’t have my food “out soon” no matter how many times I asked had i not stopped the employee and given them my receipt. Bc they didn’t know what they were making/ already handed out. No coupon was offered, no sorry, no sincere apology for putting my kids through it, no refund for their terrible “customer” service, nothing. I will NEVER return as i only ordered from here today by MISTAKE as i took a different path home from the doctors. All their times are lies, their numbers, everything is manufactured. If you order more than a drink at any given time you’ll be waiting at least 10-30 minutes for it, id you don’t go in and get it yourself, despite there not being a patron in the inside. This store has been subpar for the past 5 YEARS!! An accidental return has furthered my belief that no one should stop here, it will not be quick nor worth your money. I’m absolutely flabbergasted that no manager showed their face nor gave me a coupon as a gift of goodwill. The management here is severely lacking. Don’t make the mistake of stopping here especially if you have a medical condition and need something to eat quickly. Absolutely disgusted at how this place still has the money to stand. I ordered a 10 piece nugget and the lady asked if I wanted to do the buy one get one a $1 I said sure then my mom asked for a big Mac, the lady asked the same would u like one for a $1 obviously why not. Ordered a few more things. Paid for it at window and looked at receipt thinking this is a lot. As we r pulling to next window I realized they charged me full price (which idc but I qouldnt of got the extra if I'm paying $5-$6 each) so my asked for the manager and explained to him. He said "she must not of been informed the sale was over" my mom said but she offered it to me which is why I ordered it if he could fix it, and he said "the only thing he could do was refund it". "That he can't give out free food". And we werent asking it for free just for what the lady said it was.. but we said it was fine we wanted the refund. But he proceeded to leave the window open n purposely said out loud "just through there food away" then said "actually give it to this man right here" so we ended up taking full refund n going somewhere else. Will NOT be back. Not giving out food for free cuz u didn't want to discount our food for the price we were told but then give our ENTIRE order almost $30 worth to a random guy?
