McDonald's used to be the place every kid in America wanted to eat, Of course that was when they wasn't trying to kill Americans and others with high Cholesterol, Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, Obesity, And many other types of health issues, And if im not mistaken i believe i was about 9 or 10 the first time i had a burger from MD's and you can tell a major difference from the meat you had back in the day versus the meat or whatever it is that we are consuming these days, But we as the citizens will never really find out the truth about what's in our food and water, And then besides the food being garbage, The pop is always stale, They put about 6 or 7 ice cubes in the drink so when you get it its luke warm, Flat and tastes like syrup, And any other options are just as bad, The fries are either to hot or to cold, And everything now is so overpriced it's quite ridiculous, what used to be less than $5 for a meal is now around 11 or 12 dollars, And the customer service at just about any business you go to is filled with Hispanics or African Americans which is not a problem until it becomes a problem, And at least for me it has become a problem, With the Hispanics it's more of a language barrier issue, And even the ones who speak some English have such a heavy accent that its almost impossible to understand them and for them to understand you which creates issues with orders, But as for the African Americans that i have had to deal with at any business, They were rude, obnoxious, arrogant, racist, bigoted, entitled, lazy, violent, drama queens, and most were female between the age 16 to elderly, Many were ghettofied and boisterous and all of them felt the need to be loud and disrespectful and ready to fight at the drop of a hat, many acted as if it was a problem for them to do their jobs and gave me attitude because i was the one who was making them do work, Well many fast food restaurants that have this generations youth and black females along with confused white females acting this way is doing more harm than good, Because even if the customer isn't always right, You as the customer service employee must always remain professional, courteous, kind, and polite and always do your best to serve the public with the best of intentions, So the big wigs in the fast food industry would do well to...
Read moreI recently visited the McDonald's and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. I ordered a Happy Meal along with a caramel frappe, but instead of receiving the frappe, I was given a Sprite.
Upon realizing the mistake, I calmly approached the manager to inform them about the incorrect order. To my shock, the manager started screaming at me instead of offering an apology or attempting to resolve the issue. This behavior was completely unprofessional and unwarranted.
I understand that mistakes happen, but the way it was handled by the manager was unacceptable. Screaming and shouting at a customer is not the appropriate way to resolve a simple mistake. It left me feeling humiliated and disrespected.
Having been a loyal customer of McDonald's for many years, I was deeply disappointed with this experience. Customer service is a crucial aspect of any successful business, and the behavior displayed by the manager fell far below the standard.
I believe it is important to highlight such incidents so that both McDonald's and other customers are aware of the shortcomings. I hope the management takes my feedback seriously and addresses the issue to ensure it does not happen again in the future.

Very long time on drive thru service, awaiting to pickup 3 orders made online on McDonald's app, and when finally it's my turn, we was told that only they take 2 orders by car, and only they did accepted 2, 😔 bad, but follow the next window thru and was explained that it was things of the MANAGER and they can't accept more of 2 orders, when the food was served and asking to the ungry unfriendly, worker lady for about having one third order, confirmed if we want it could have that, take again the line drivethru 😐, I asked why if we had above 15min awaiting?
