New Village Pizza — Restaurant in Indianapolis

I have ordered from this place for years on and off. My sisters order all the time. I ordered a couple weeks ago. Order was packed a little in a rush it seems because the cheese sauce for the breadsticks was half spilled all on the foil for the breadsticks. I called and they put me down for a large cheese sauce next time I order breadsticks. The wings were delicious! They were so delicious that I decided to try them again yesterday. When I picked them up they looked yummy. However when I got back home and started eating them, the drumsticks were big and hard on the ends. The flats were a little hard on the ends but more eatable. They were either over cooked or re-cooked which is what I told the lady I called today. She said everything is made fresh. I said then they were over cooked. At first I was going to just never order them again but the more I thought about it I decided that the wings were not worth the $15.27 I paid for them. It was 12 wings for $13.99 plus tax (prices on the menu online are not updated). That was the price the girl quoted me. Well I was told by the lady that they didn’t have any wings right now for her to replace my order and I would have to wait for the ‘man’ to deliver them some. I should call her back tomorrow to see if they have any. And…..bring in the others that I threw away. I told her I would dig them out of the trash. She said ok. They needed to look...

I just called and normally I have no issue, but the lazy helfa that answered the phone was too much for me to understand. Lets begin with the facts. A xlarge around the world is 19.99, great price right? So I ALWAYS ask to substitute the black olives for pineapple or tomato. And it's NEVER an extra charge. But for some reason, today it's an extra charge. Ok I can take that. But when u add on 5 dollars to my delivery charge bc it's more than 5 blocks away from ur location!?! Hold on! Who u think u talking to? You trying to basically charge me 5 for gas on top of the delivery charge ur franchise charges. So when I call her out, now she needs to redo entire order. Ok no problem. So now with the substitute it's 22$ and delivery charge is 2.50! Lmao. Ok so u tried to that! Nah honey, I'm coo. I'll hit someone else up today, and I love this place, I really do. I'm going to order from there again, but itll be once I go talk to the owner face to face and let them know u got someone trying to hustle gas money out of ur customers by charging for things that are free. Lol. In the end with all charges added up 26.84... where they do that at? I give 5-10$ tips every time unless I just don't have it... I was a delivery driver before. But one thing I never did was MAKE the customer tip me....

I called on a Sunday night and talk to a man who referred me to google to look at their menu. Once I got on google and looked at the menu it wasn't even a full menu and was cut off by horrible picture taking! So once I talked to him again and put in my order it was 7:14pm. After he got done taking my order he said it would be 35 mins (they are 9 mins away from me btw) and that there was no orders to be delivered and I was the only one. Come 8:26pm there has been no delivery made to our home. So I call back and talk to a women who tells me that my order is just now getting put in the warming oven and will be 20 to 30 minutes before its delivered because hes out making a delivery. I tell her he told me there was no deliveries that needed to be made and she said that she knows. I get done talking to her to tell my husband and we decided to cancel our order, so I call back and ask her to cancel. She first says no and then asked the owner and he starts cussing at ME in the background and says fine and dont call back!
