I put an order in online with the 40% promotion off the 16-piece bucket of chicken (only) to pick up. I picked up the order and noticed that there were only 12 pieces of chicken. I brought it to the attention of the employee, and she got the manager. The manager asked me what was wrong with the chicken I explained that I ordered a 16 piece which comes with 4 pieces of each kind of chicken (leg, wing, thigh, breast). She went to the bac back and came back with the bucket of chicken. Upon looking there were at least 5 legs on top. I knew it still wasn't correct. I said something again she said do I want the chicken or not. I stated I want what I paid for which is 4 pieces of each section of chicken which is the 16 pieces altogether. She then proceeded to tell me that all they had left is what she gave me because the cook is on break and that there is a $1.50 up charge for each breast. If I wanted what I already paid for I would have to pay an additional $6 for the 4 breasts that were already included in the price. She walked away and I just stood there waiting while the employees were all talking and making rude comments. The entire time I was respectful and just wanted what I paid for. After being ignored for 15 minutes I asked for a refund. The manager came back up and said they don't give refunds for online orders. I said okay how do I get a refund she said you'll have to go back online and request one. I stated I ordered it off of KFC website can she show or tell me where to go to get the refund on the website. She stated she doesn't use websites and doesn't know. She then said I'm trying to work with you, and I responded how are you trying to work with me and you won't give me what I ordered or a refund. Basically, at that point my only choice was to take the food they gave me, which wasn't what I paid for, or taking nothing at all and lose out on $25. This manager should not be a manager at all. Read moreKentucky Fried Chicken on Arlington and 14th Street leaves a lot to be desired. Upon my ordering chicken littles with mashed potatoes in a $5 meal. I get the mail try to find a clean table to sit at not one table was clean the dining room was empty all but two people I'm one of those was a man that work there. He was a young guy. I sit down and open the bag and I have chicken littles and fries so I went back to the counter and explain to the woman I asked for mashed potatoes. The young man behind the counter smarted off and said what does she want what did she say. She said why did you put those in there like that they were fries were dumped so she had to retrieve a glove from the back room to remove them for my bag. As a return in my table I noticed a man and a wife with two children and the family was deaf. Do not know why but the young man and woman left with no food. I guess they didn't understand he was deaf. Then the young man who works there was sitting at the table eating his lunch gets up to walk out and his pants are hanging down and his boxers are showing his whole butt was stuck it out. He walked outside for a moment and turned around pulled her shirt down and went back to work. That was the most disgusting store I've ever been in and I have never ordered there that they've ever got my order right I will not be returning to that store ever again and I will warn my family it is places like that they give KFC a bad name if I were you I would shut that store down or at least get some Management in there that knows what they're doing and clean...
Read moreOnly giving 3 stars because the food was cooked and packed right. Other than that it was a terrible experience at the store. I walked in to place my order. I thought there was 3 guest in the dining room. One was waiting for his food and the other 2 we're eating at a table. I walked up to the register and there was no one there. I waited for about 5 min before someone came up to the register. He told me he would get someone. Waited about another 3 min and someone else came up to the register. They took my to go order but had to go to the drive thru register to take my payment. I got my drink and was handed my receipt with the change rolled up inside of it. A few minutes go by and another customer comes inside. After he stands there for about 4 minutes the CSR finally comes back. She greets him by telling him if he wants to order he must go through drive thru. He said he had been waiting for a while and he would like his order taken inside. She refuses and makes him go through drive thru. Then asked me what I ordered. Guy in front of me got his food and it was missing items. 10 minutes after I ordered I finally got my food. The 2 guest's that were eating were employees that figured since they were on their break did not have to do anything besides be loud and annoying.
