Went there tonight ordered two chilly dogs with cheese and onion, repeating back to us you want to hotdogs with chilly cheese and onion, we repeat two CHILLY dogs WITH cheese and onion, and nose again another dude come on speaker said two dogs with chilly cheese and onion? Ummm how many workers dose it take to punch in CHILLY DOG WITH CHEES AND ONION???? Here's the really messed up part k we get to the window in the order is already done to chili cheese onion dogs in a bag that fast I don't think so anyway tell them fight or something he said aren't they 2for 3 the manager replied I know if you don't ask for the two for three we don't offer, ummm hello it says 2for 3 on your sign so that's what it should be, well after comment from the manager he hands the card to him and WILL I do believe it was snatches the.card slams the window proceeds to run his mouth to co-workers like we couldn't hear him or see him HELLO ITS GLASS!!! U can see through it k fyi for employees there!!! Opens the window hands the card back with this prissy attitude don't look down to hand the card back says here ya go have a good day diva style making his lips and rolled his eyes shuts window and it opens back up enough to hear him talking smack about us. Correcting his little attitude I told him he didn't have To be so Europeans window I'm excuse me having to repeat myself once more he slams the window and just stairs at me like to say F U B#+=! Not smart. THIS RALLYS NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN AND NEVER OPEN AGAIN!!!! They are all rude disrespectful non knowing how to take an order let alone make it people who need to go get there , EDUCATION on hospitality...

Went here for lunch. Myself, my husband and our three littles. The woman who took our order was rude, impatient and seemed to not want to be there. THE FOOD!! 😮‍💨 We ordered two chicken bites boxes, two rally burgers with cheese and two double rally burgers with cheese. One box legit had 5 pieces of chicken in it, the other had three. 😒 The burgers, if I remember correctly are supposed to have cheese, lettuce, mayo, onion, tomato and pickles. What we received was far from what we should have gotten. The burgers had no cheese, no lettuce, no tomato, one skimpy piece of onion, 2 pickles and the tiniest squirt of mayo. The burger, like the meat itself, tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. It was dry and flavorless and just gross. The fries and chicken bites box was the only thing that didn’t disappoint. We are never going back to this location after giving several tries time and time again, thinking maybe it’s just a fluke. They don’t even deserve the one star. People used to take pride in what they did, even if it was a fast food job. NOW, people don’t care at all. Hopefully we don’t get sick or Corporate will have some explaining to do to our lawyers. I have had bad experiences with Checkers/Rally's in the past, but decided to give them another try after not having one near me for a long time. When I arrived, I was informed at the drive thru that I would have to place an online order because their ordering terminal was down. Ok, I get that, it is an inconvenience, but it happens. I sat in the parking lot and placed an online order and went back through the drive thru. When I got to the window, they advised that they were all out of the ranch and buffalo dipping sauces that I had ordered, and gave me some honey mustard instead. They were also out of Large cups, so they gave me my large Coke in two medium cups, but did not put any ice in either. I pulled up to eat my food, and the garlic parmesan boneless wings that I ordered were inedible. The texture was way off, and the garlic parmesan sauce was both lacking in quantity and inaccurate in flavor. It almost tasted like chemicals. Their fries were good, as always, but that was about it. I will not be eating here again. The only reason I gave this visit two stars is because the fries made up for the rest and the staff was courteous, despite the restaurant's...
