Time Out Lounge – A Wonderful Way to End the Evening

After having a disappointing experience next door at Some Guys Pizza, our family walked into Time Out Lounge, and it was like a breath of fresh air. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely happy to have us there.

We were celebrating my dad’s birthday, and the team at Time Out went above and beyond to make the evening special. They were attentive, kind, and made sure we felt comfortable and appreciated. Their hospitality completely turned our night around and reminded us what good customer service looks like.

A great quiet bar with local ownership where you can talk with the friends that came in with you or talk with the new friends you are about to meet. Eat off the bar food style menu or carry food in from one of the three locally owned food establishments in the same shopping center (Some Guys, Hannah's Bar & Grill, of Fire & Ice Cafe). Horrible service! I’ll rephrase it, no service at all. Walked in and sat down, made eye contact with both of the bartenders. None of them came over or even spoke to us. They were more interested in drinking their own beers instead of taking care of customers. I hope the owners see this post and correct this behaviors.
