McDonald's — Restaurant in Indio

This McDonalds has been open for probably a year, but when I went there today the drive thru was closed so arrows could be painted on the asphalt. Going inside for the first time I was taken aback by how sterile and bleak this supposedly modern looking dining room was; it really gave me the ick. My order came quickly and the Chicken McNuggets were really fresh and delicious. The fries lacked salt and were bland like the dining room. Worst of all it is nearly impossible to access this McDonalds if you are driving East on Avenue 42 as there is no entrance available due to the median, and at the light you are not allowed to make a U-turn. So when you make the left hoping to make a U-turn at the next light - well that's not legal there, too! So you get stuck in driving way out of your way to find a safe place to make a U turn after waiting through 2 lights so you can double...

i hardly ever write reviews. this might be my first one but my goodness this has to be one of the worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to. the management is horrific. the food takes forever, the quality of the food is awful, and there’s no one to even talk to so i can get some type of customer service. they constantly forget things in my order, the service is slow, the food is subpar. i don’t have anything negative to say about the workers this is all strictly on management. learn how to run your store better. i cant believe this mcdonald’s has. 3.3 stars. i want to know what you guys are experiencing to get anything above ONE star because any and every time i order from here there’s some type of issue. totally ridiculous. and it is constant. don’t go here go to...

I've got one major problem with this McDonalds location. As a business, if you're going to embrace the advantages of automation, then you need to be prepared to compensate for the disadvantages. Because this dining room is not staffed, there is no one to clean the tables. I've been here multiple times and more than once every single table is dirty. The garbage cans are sometimes full. I don't want to pay more so that I can be my own bus boy and I don't want to eat in just to have to clean up after the person before me.
