Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Inman

My husband is 6 ft.2 in and he couldn't hear the sandwich maker asking us questions when she was making our sandwich. He is not hard of hearing, I m 5 ft. 4 in. and I couldn't hear her either. I finally leaned my head in more towards the cash register to find out what she was saying. That sneeze guard is too high. On our previous visit we hated your confusing parking lot but we thought you would have the entrance exit problems ironed out by 8/14/25. Sadly it was still awful. We knew we liked our sandwiches from our previous visit so we ordered a Giant Italian to go because your place is way too noisy to sit and enjoy a meal. We don't live very far from your store. We really looked forward to sharing our sandwich in front of TV when we returned home. We ordered it Mike's way, which is the way they made it when we had our sandwiches the last time. This time it wasn't right. It had way too much oil, salt and seasoning. I took a 3 bites and gave up. My husband ate all of his, and had it been good, he would have told me to save the rest of mine for him so he could eat it later. I ended up giving the rest of mine to the dog. If we had eaten in you store and I had taken the first bite of that garbage, I would have taken it right back to the sandwich maker and told her to make the sandwich correctly But we had taken our order to go, so we were screwed. First time sandwich grilled portobello on gluten free bread with cheese and no green peppers, when establishment first open. Today 3 weeks later asked for a more dietary specific sandwich, grilled portobello mushroom, very little onions, tomato, salt and pepper Mayo and pepper spread and nothing else. What I got was liquid soaked sand which, with cheese, green peppers, tomato, 6 slivers of mushrooms. If you are paying for it why don’t they make it the way you ask? Gluten , cheese and pepper free! Will not b going back there again. I wrote it on a paper to which my husband went in to get our sandwiches, because I was not feeling well, even offered for the order taker to read it himself to which he replied, no I wrote it down. Finally after 23 years of wishing for a Jersey Mike's to open in Boiling Springs our wish came true. We ate at the JM in Greer SC and ever since we were hooked, especially on the chicken salad which was sadly discontinued a few years ago. We ate at the new location today and enjoyed it so much. It was my Wife's birthday so she got her free sandwich. The food and the service was awesome and the staff was so friendly. We can't wait to come back! I told the GM that they were gonna know us by first names in no time. Just please bring back that delicious chicken 🐔 salad!...
