Worked here for 1 1/2 years. Manager is a nice lady and all but clearly can’t get it together. Plays favorites with employees and screws over the ones she isn’t close with. Calvin is a genuine guy who does a great job and adds a great tone to the atmosphere. The company treats its workers like dogs. Breaks aren’t allowed. You’ll be told you’re only entitled to a 4 minute bathroom break. The GM Delaina can’t confront or discipline the staff and correct the behaviors going on. Refuses to fire people who don’t to their jobs and terminated those who stood up to her Poor management. You’ll be scheduled 7 hours and are expected to be constantly busy the whole time. The AM Destiny is a great lady and I miss working with her. This place is so cheap and will test your patience if you want to work here. Don’t work here unless you like being over worked and under paid. Unless you’re being hired for management. Steer clear. This place...
Read moreWe love Casey’s pizza, but this location is terrible. There have been times in the past when we have had a decent experience, but it’s anyone’s guess if they’ll be open during business hours, if they’ll answer the phone, or if they’ll take your order only for you to drive there and be told that they have run out of ingredients- the last one has happened to us twice now. I understand that staffing issues are an issue at a lot of places, and if there’s no one to work, what can you do. The real problem is the awful service when they ARE open. Unless there is a change in management and/or employees, I don’t see this location lasting much longer and that’s disappointing because we were really excited when it first opened. Based on other reviews, it seems our experience is not unique. Hopefully things can be...
Read moreThis Casey's has got to be the most poorly run one in the entire country. Have ordered pizzas online twice now that have been incorrect and it's impossible to get ahold of someone that can fix the issue. The employees are next to incompetent and if you go at lunch on a weekday for a piece of pizza, good luck finding one. Three slices of pizza were available at 12:30 on a Wednesday. I asked if there were more being made, the guy shook his head yes, I stood and waited for 10 minutes. No pizza. I noticed he'd just started prepping one to bake at that time and when I asked if there were going to be more pizzas out soon, he said "I'm just making a pepperoni now". Serious lack of communication here. Needs better management and stock is...
