Terrible customer service. We attempted to order food from the drive thru. The initial young lady seemed as if she didn't know what she was doing. Another lady came on the speaker stating that the young lady said she couldn't hear, when she actually didn't know what she was doing and that's fine, she may be new. So we ordered our food which came to 40 dollars. So moving to the next window we wanted to know why the meal was 40 dollars. We were given our coffees and we asked the initial young lady and she went to get the lady who took our order. Apparently the combination meal is just tots and milk. Sandwich not included. The tots and milk priced more than the sandwich itself. The lady seemed irritated because we asked what we were paying for and it didn't make sense that we were paying more for milk and tots than the sandwich. So at this point I would like a refund. We gave the coffees back and she said she can refund us. She aggressively slid the window. Instead of refunding our money back to our card she gave us cash. Um, I didn't give you cash, but whatever. She didn't say I apologize about your experience, or I'm sorry that our menu isn't more clearer or any thing that shows good customer service that could make us want to come back. She gave the receipt and slid the window aggressively. 40 dollars is alot of money for breakfast when I can go to Burger King, Wendy's, or Chic Fil A for the same thing and good customer service. This would have been our first time experiencing Tudor. We will not...
Read moreThe hype isn't real, if there is any. We stopped otw to a family members house bcuz my daughter heard about this place on TikTok. We all got something and everyone either disliked theirs or thought it was very mid. The sentiment was Bojangles along with other places is better. We got breakfast, I got the Mary B (Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuit). The picture looked good, of course, and the bacon looked cooked. I can't eat chewy bacon. When I ordered I specifically asked for "crispy bacon". After driving off it took 2 bites to get past the deceptive bacon ends in my pic. I reached my number 1 worst enemy of breakfast sandwiches. I was taken aback and thought it couldn't possibly be chewy barely cooked bacon. I slowly lifted the top with trepidation and to my shock and horror I saw wiggly pig fat. Deflated I tried to eat 2 more bites but ended up having to remove it. The proceeding following minutes of sadness concluded with me saying "Never again". Disappointed. Everything was cold, biscuit, egg and cheese, bacon, mine as well as my kids. First world problems but money is tight nowadays so I rather not waste it. We didn't like it but I wouldn't say don't go if you're curious. Maybe we caught them at a bad time 🤷🏾♂️
As you can see from the pics, it is huge, definitely the biggest biscuit sandwich I've ever seen. That's why I took the pics. Also I assumed I would be writing a...
Read moreThey gave me bacon on a sandwich that wasn't supposed to have bacon. I didn't say anything and just figured I'd take it off, but they noticed their mistake and fixed it before I could have a bite. THEN they told me to take the other sandwich home since they weren't able to take it back. Like, the integrity there and ownership is incredible. I'll always come back here because that (big time). Here's some other good points -
Everything was clean and the TV was playing some nondescript news from some free streaming app, that was cool. Normally it's one of the two big ones that get people angry, and they bypassed that well.
The music played 80s hits, which was good in the AM. I felt pretty energized walking out of there.
And! The coffee was good - it wasn't ground up in some machine and comes out with automatic froth. It was some preground coffee with hot water poured over it, and you served yourself. With diner-style coffee mugs.
The staff was polite and patient, since it was the second time I was there.
Good job, Tudor. I love your...
