This one really hurts, because I used to really enjoy this place. It seems like over the past year or so the attention to detail has really slipped. The quality of the food has dropped and nothing feels fresh. I used to go in person, but I tried ordering online to support them during the pandemic and my order was not right (they sent a small bowl of soup when I ordered a quart so I had to make other plans for my family for dinner and paid $13 for a small bowl of soup) and the dinner rolls they sent with it felt several days old. This has been our favorite place for a quick sandwich or salad for years. So it's hard to write this. We had a bad experience. We witnessed a group of young boys licking a plastic knife and putting it back in the dispenser. We notified the staff who did the right thing and threw away about 200 plastic utensils to be safe. Worst grilled cheese I've ever had. Bread was greasy, soggy and barely toasted. Way too much cheese-- yes that is a thing. I ordered soup and a sandwich in the restaurant but they hand it to you in a greasy paper bag. Ok i guess I'll eat in my car.
