As one of the few specialty candy shops in the area, Sweets & Treats really delivers on variety, unique offerings, and the tried-and-true classics. You may be able to find similar treats for less money elsewhere, but to have such a diverse collection of goods all in one place, I definitely see the value in supporting this local business. I thoroughly enjoy the 'Red Velvet Cherries' and often buy the single-flavor Jelly Belly jellybeans for kids' gifts. Absolutely wonderful and tasty chocolates behind the case! A good selection of wrapped candies as well. The store was very messy and unorganized though. The “fresh” chocolates behind the case were almost entirely cleared out, but the worker said they likely had more “more in the back,” which was just a storage cabinet with all of the chocolates in boxes. It would have been nice to know what was available, rather than only seeing an empty case with broken truffles, crumbs, and overall a minimal selection. I am extremely grateful and blessed, honored to have meet with the owner. Her energy and heart for others are incredibly astronomical. I’ve learned a lot. And I cannot forget to mention how amazing her coffee shop and candy shop is. From the flavors of delicious sweets, all types of candy that you may not be able to find anywhere else.
