Most times employees are very helpful and caring but today my family and I ordered pizza, and the store manager when we had called to let them know that the pizza was extremely doughy had said, "do you want to bring it back up or do you want to throw it in your oven?" My fiancé and I just came to this location on our way to Dubuque and I just have to say 10/10. They had an incredibly disrespectful man who was worried about a refund for $10 from the car wash. He was sitting there for a couple minutes yelling and being very dramatic. The employees don’t deserve that so good for them for handling everything and still taking care of other customers! Went to gas pump and bought a car wash today. Went back to wash my car and it was blocked off and closed. I called the store and the woman that answered said oh someone forget to shut off the car wash option, but it was good for 30 days. I said that's inconvenient and this woman, without even an apology, hung up without another word. How rude! I give this place less than zero...
